The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

Take a gentle walk from here along the Thames Path to historic National Trust Runnymede, with its tea shop, many monuments to Magna Carta and beautiful outdoor art works. Less than 2 miles from The Long Walk, explore Windsor and the Castle or visit Saville Garden in the Great Park. We're also close to Legoland. Old Windsor has lots of places to eat (see guidebook) all in walking distance, we're surrounded by beautiful walks and we're also on the direct bus route to Windsor and Heathrow.

The Annexe is a self-contained interior designed studio apartment, adjacent to a Victorian mill house and set in beautiful gardens. We are perfectly positioned for visits to London, Windsor and Eton, as well as being a five minute taxi ride from Heathrow T4/5. Parking is free in our gated car park whilst you are staying with us. And if you are flying from Heathrow and need somewhere for your car whilst you are away you can leave it with us for a small daily charge (by prior arrangement).

A one bedroom period cottage in rural location overlooking garden and fields set in a small 17th century hamlet. Totally self-contained, The Old Dairy was originally used by nearby Byfleet Manor, which many people will recognize as a location used in Downton Abbey, as the milking parlour. The Old Dairy is a single storey property approached via gravelled driveway and path with ample parking surrounded by peaceful gardens. There is an EV charging point for small additional charge.

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. "The Annexe" is adjacent to our house and is located in Sunbury in a quiet private location overlooking an urban city farm. It is within distance to Sunbury village, the river Thames with fantastic pubs and restaurants. It is close to Hampton Court, Kempton Park, Train stations to Waterloo and Sandown park. It has a contemporary feel but tastefully designed. Separate private entrance, private courtyard and parking space.
