The farm is located on the outskirts of the Warta Landscape Park (the land of waterfowl) and the Pyzdrska Forest (the land of "iron houses"). It has existed since the Middle Ages and its name: "Wójtostwo" is historical. Until 1904, it belonged to General H. Dąbrowski.
