The "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" is the guest house of the renowned Balthasar Ress winery in the Rheingau. Primarily designed for the winery's own guests, it is also sometimes available to other guests. Welcome to our newly renovated 2-room apartment in the heart of Flörsheim's old town! Modern comfort awaits you in 55 square metres, with a fantastic view of the Main. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. In the bedroom, there is a queen-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a box-spring bed (100 × 200 cm). Nice and cozy 2-room-apartment in the middle of Rheinhessen with an amazing view over the vineyards. Apartment got a modern sleeping room with a double bed incl. a flat screen. The second room is a westernstyle saloon incl. kitchen/bar, fireplace and a sofabed. Private bathroom incl. shower is also part of the apartment. Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.

Bright apartment in a good location

Opelwerk station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. From there, you can reach Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden or Darmstadt in a few stops. Right next to the apartment is the bus stop of line 6, which can be used to reach the city center or the main train station in a few minutes. In addition, there are generally some scooters (Tier) around the apartment to get from A to B quickly.

The cottage (about 70 sqm) is a converted stable and is a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the Rhine. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 persons. The cottage is fully equipped such as washer/dryer, soda streamer, internet-enabled TV, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-)
