Steadfold House

On arrival you will find a large property which has been converted into two separate types of accommodation. These have been renovated to a high standard. The left property the owner resides and the right is the air b and b. The driveway laid to gravel with ample parking. Walking into the property you enter into a utility room where you will find a basin and washing machine. The door to the right will lead you into the open plan living area which flows into the kitchen/ diner.

In The Stix (Dome 4 Exton)

Exton is the first dome you come to on our site. Unlike the other domes, the kitchen for this dome is east facing, so great for the morning people amongst you. Enjoy your morning cuppa whilst soaking up the morning rays in our outdoor armchairs. Each of our domes has a well furnished lounge area, with chesterfield leather sofas, cosy armchairs and log burners. The bathroom is en-suite and fitted with a large shower, sink and a flushing WC.

Fairchild’s Barn is a stunning semi-detached barn conversion situated in open countryside in Rutland. Set over 2 floors, the house enjoys lovely views, with bi-fold doors opening onto the properties’ own private decking, complete with a hot tub for 4/5 people, seating and small enclosed patio area to enjoy al fresco dining. Civilised celebrations permitted. Sky Q HD. £30 per dog per booking extra.

Orchard Yurt is situated in its own private site nestled within a circle of apple, pear and plum trees in a woodland garden stretching out into Stamford Meadows. The adjoining area is a haven for wildlife including kingfishers, dragonflies and water voles. Local Stamfordians regularly enjoy the Meadows to escape from the bustle of the nearby town.
