This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest cottages line the path. Without crowds of tourists. (They’re in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still find wonderful tranquillity and the beauty of the historic village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

Pilotenhof

Here you are a farmer on an arable and livestock farm. The ultimate place for a few nights away from the hustle and bustle, where you have a cozy home at your disposal. You will experience the tranquility of the rural area, although you will hear and see the cows, chickens, pigs and machines. Own potatoes, onions and eggs are included in the price, according to stock. Breakfast & meat can be requested for an additional fee, see pictures. The rural accommodation IT ÚT FAN HÚSKE is located on an idyllic winding dike, near Sneek/Leeuwarden and a short distance from Lake Sneek and De Potten. Within a 15-minute bike ride (bikes available for rent), you can be at Potten Beach or in the bustle of the city, while on your return, you'll once again enjoy the tranquillity of the Frisian countryside. The perfect combination of vibrancy and relaxation. The detached húske is stylishly and tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort.

Spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom & jacuzzi

Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

SUITE PLOMPEBLAD GIETHOORN Thatched farmhouse. Located in the most beautiful location on the village canal of Giethoorn. A private residence and private terrace on the water. Suite Plompeblad has a beautiful classic and rural interior, downstairs with a luxurious design bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs a spacious room with king-size box spring and on the split level a complete kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher. With rental of an electric boat right outside the door!

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Enjoy the tranquility of the garden with countless birds, go to Urk or Lemmer for coziness or try to catch a fish from your own jetty. Anything is possible, nothing is required. The cottage is cozily furnished for four people and equipped with every comfort. With two terraces, there is always a sunny or shady spot and a detached shed with a charging point for bicycles.
