This is the house for those of you who want a quiet and idyllic place to holiday, but at the same time you have the opportunity to be active. The house has a big living room, kitchen, TV room, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, terraces and garage. All rooms with lovely views to the sea. Outside there is outdoor furniture, gas grill and hot tub. Great fishing and swimming opportunities right outside the door. Many will also enjoy embarking on a wonderful bike or hike in the area. Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a four year old daughther, and a two-year old boy, so there is baby chairs, babybeds, and changing tables available.
