Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The old town is a ten-minute stroll away, and it takes only three minutes to reach the next tram stop (10 min. to train station). Neuenheim itself has everything you need: outdoor cafés, bars, grocery stores, and a farmers’ market Wednesdays and Saturdays!

The cozy 1-room apartment with terrace & TG parking space is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house in the center of Dossenheim, just minutes from HD-Neuenheimer Feld (university hospital) and HD Altstadt. The 30 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, but is ideal for 1-2 people. The day bed (90 x 200) can be expanded to 180 x 200. There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment that can accommodate 2 people.
