Absolutely PERFECT little apartment in a very convenient, central location. Everything was so new, and Ebony had very good taste with the amenities and decor that she chose for the fittingly-named "trendy" unit. There's really nothing to fault! Ebony was very responsive to all our messages and was very helpful and accomodating to our needs. I highly recommend this apartment - an absolutely steal for the price, location, and quality.

Beautiful apartment equipped with everything you will need including the most incredible bed! There are loads of cafes and places to eat on the door step and it's only a short walk in to town. There is also a nice park a couple of minutes away too.

A beautiful clean unit set back from the main street so quiet (apart from the current construction site next door). Super convenient to the free bus and lots of places to eat and good coffee right on the corner.

A fantastic unit with everything you could want in a great location and wonderful host!

Ebony was a such a lovely host- easy to get in touch with & has put in so much thought (& style) in the design and decor of the apartment. The apartment was very modern yet cosy with everything to make you feel right at home. Location was about a 20min walk away from the city centre. However, construction in the building next door at the time of my stay was noisy and disruptive, sometimes blocking off traffic and pedestrian access to the building.

This place was great. It was walk-able to all the nice restaurants on Hutt street, and not too far from the Rundle Street mall. Ample street parking nearby. It was nice and quiet at night. Ebony was super accommodating, meeting us at the place even with us getting in late. She provided some really great info on where to go. We really appreciated her help! Wonderful place to stay if you are going to explore Adelaide and the surrounding area.

Ebony was a very easy going host and would help you out if you needed to. The place is well equipped with all the necessity and everything you need on your trip like In your home would have. It was a great location.

Convenient location near the tram, easy to get downtown and to the beach. Many restaurants on the same block. Comfortable bed. We had issues with the shower drain backing up, but I'm confident that this will be addressed.

Sharnee was a great host, she made sure we were comfortable and knew where everything was.. tram stop at the end of the street was great and the fabulous cafes/restaurants around.. Bedroom on ground floor and you can hear people walking past, but apart from that it's great value for money! Thanks Sharnee

The location is absolutely spot on and in the centre of Adelaide itself. It's a very clean and airy 3-storey town house, with the private bedroom and ensuite shower room on the ground floor just inside the front door, which ensures complete privacy should you desire it. There are laundry facilities in the converted garage behind the ground floor bedroom, the lounge and kitchen areas are on the floor above, with the host's bedroom, and another guest's bedroom and shared bathroom on the third floor. One thing guests need to know is that Melinda doesn't have a kettle, so for those of you who enjoy an early morning/late evening cuppa (myself included), you would need to buy these from one of the local cafes - there are 3 in the immediate vicinity (all within 1-2 minutes of the property). I was only there for a couple of days and Melinda (or Sharnee as she likes to be known) was away at work during this time, so I didn't really get a good chance to spend any time with her, but she is absolutely lovely and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, yet understandably Melinda can't always be around at the time you would like to check in - but for me, this problem was easily solved by me leaving my bags in the lockers at the Central Bus Station whilst I took a tram out to Glenelg (beautiful beach by the way, which if you get the chance, is a must visit). The bedroom is a good size, with space to unpack if you are there for a good amount of time, with a very comfortable bed. The towels are soft and fluffy and the shower hot.... although beware if you have sunburn, as it's so powerful it can feel like needles on your skin :-). All in all, it's a good price for what you get and the location it's in. I would have no hesitation in booking this again and would thoroughly recommend this to others.

The house is very luxucious and clean. We are very happy to meet Sharness. She is a hard-working person and always active energetic and very nice. If you wanna stay in Adelaide, you must not miss this house and Sharnee. It is very convenient place, close to China town coles restaurants and coffees. Sharnee was a great host who welcomed up her home to my friend and I for our short stay in Adelaide. The apartment was central and close to public transport or walking distance into the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Due to being on a relatively main road there was a little bit of noise from outside at times and a little bit from when people were walking around upstairs but nothing that would take away from a wonderful stay. We did have a car but due to going out for most of the days we didn't have to worry about it however please note there are 2 hour parking limits around the streets so this would have to be moved regularly if you were to leave it there and take public transport for the day. For those travelling to Adelaide Sharnee's place is a great location and very affordable. It would be an awesome place to stay

Nice and clean, great location

Fang was a fantastic host, very organised, had everything ready and friendly to help if you have any questions. It's a small unit, but the room and bed is adequate, and every convenience you need is there. It's very close to the North Adelaide main areas, and easy to get into the city from there, however it's in a nice quiet little spot with little to no noise from traffic or the city. I'd definitely recommend a stay, and would look at staying again in later visits.

This is a motel style room , very clean and well serviced,breakfast was exceptional but it seems that will no longer be offered after the end of our stay . Location is great with 2 tram stops in easy walking distance so everything in Adelaide is easily accessed .

Great service, great location, great value for money

This hotel was a nice place to stay and quite close to the busier part of Adelaide. The off street parking was great and the breakfast was an added bonus. The room was clean and comfortable. We would be happy to stay here again.

Wendy was a superb host who quickly and efficiently communicated all that information and support we needed to ensure we had a great stay in her cottage and the city. The cottage is very conveniently located for access to the city and close to several excellent cafes and restaurants. It is well furnished, tastefully decorated and comes fully equipped with all that is needed to ensure a comfortable stay. We would certainly stay there again when next in Adelaide.

We enjoyed our stay here....lovely comfortable beds and lots of little extras...walking distance to Pubs and cafes. If there is a problem it's the parking if you have a large vehicle. Didn't meet Wendy but great communication through Airbnb site.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wendy's place. The house was in a great location, spotless and accommodated all our needs. The car park is as tight as people claim although there are usually plenty of carparks on Carrington Street only 100m away.

Wendy was incredibly generous with her help and tips to ensure we had a great trip- she went it of her way to make sure we made the most of our time in a Adelaide. The place was great and we comfortably had 4 adults stay with plenty of space to ourselves.

Our family of 3 had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Wendy's charming little cottage over the long weekend. Everything was spotless and she went out of her way to help us with dropping luggage, directions, suggestions etc. Location is great with nearby cafes and grocery and convenient bus transport. But also perfectly walkable distance to the city centre and botanic gardens. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Anna's. Perfect location - just a short uber ride (or 30min walk) to the centre of town. The unit had everything we needed, even down to bits and pieces we may have forgotten to bring (like Panadol, bathroom essentials etc). Anna was great at communicating and we would highly recommend staying at her place.

I had a good visit to Adelaide and enjoyed staying at Anna's flat. It was relatively centrally located in Adelaide, and provided easy access to all the city has to offer by either walking or the use of their great public transit system. If you prefer not to venture into the middle of the city, there are several restaurants and bars on the same block as the flat. The only thing that was different than the listing was the photos. Some of the furnishings are a bit different than depicted. No big deal though - a comfortable stay!

Anna was an excellent host from beginning until end. Very supportive, thoughtful and enjoyable to work with. The apartment was very sweet, clean and beautifully laid out. We had everything we needed and the addition of breakfast was stunning, in fact, Anna had a specially packed pantry just for visitors. The location was excellent, right next to parklands and some great restaurants and cafes and was only about a 15-20 walk into the city centre which was an ease and a joy. Highly recommended, even if it's just to get an opportunity to interact with Anna. We will definitely be back. Thank you Anna.

Great location, close to the city, with free bike hire nearby. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. The apartment has character, a great feel and is very clean.

Anna's place was perfect for my purposes. I was in town doing a course and Davaar Place was close to the course location , affordable, comfortable, and nearby to everything I could need - IGA, restaurants, public transport, parks and (most importantly) great coffee! Try Ballaboosta if you can :) Anna was excellent with communication and very helpful. She helped me organise an extra night and even left a home-cooked quiche for breakfast!

We visited Adelaide for the TDU and really enjoyed our stay at Marika's granny flat. It was a great place, very private, nice hot shower, good air conditioning, overall good size with an extra little front room, perfect to leave our road bikes securely. The kitchen area had a little fridge, kettle, microwave and electric pan as well as some basic food supplies including milk, cereal etc. which was great. Although we only met Marika once briefly during our stay she was very friendly and helpful. After our departure we noticed that we had forgotten a bag with important bike tools and Marika sent it to us in a parcel! We really appreciated that she went through that extra effort for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Spacious and light. Comfortable brf. Great shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Lots of thoughtful inclusions- cereals drinks snacks. May need a torch to access at night as round the back of tje main house. Bus stop to city at door. Will choose next time.

This wonderful place made for a great stay in Adelaide. Really above an beyond and I'll certainly be staying again here next time I'm over. Fully self contained with everything I needed and bus stops right outside. Excellent communication and a few extras made this a 5/5 for me :)

I really liked Marika's place. Great location just a little bit out of the city but close to everything. I was traveling solo and the place was perfect. It was like a little oasis during my travels in Adelaide. Also the check-in was smooth and responses were immediate. Highly recommended

Great place to stay just outside town with the bus stop just few minutes away.

Place was Clean and Tidy. Good for 1 or 2 people who are looking for a short term stay. Just need to be aware of possums who like to make noise at night. There is no light at the front so just be careful where you walk.

For me to stumble on this listing with only a few days before my trip was a blessing. The place was great. Good location and great host as well.

Danni was extremely prompt responding to my inquiries, and very accommodating regarding an early check-in time and parking (she was even lovelier when I met her in person)! Danni met us outside the carpark at a time that suited us; she showed us to our parking bay and then to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious; it had everything we needed, and it was in a fantastic location (with a great view). The apartment was just perfect for our 'mum's weekend away', but it would also be ideal for families, for couples, or for business. I will definitely be contacting Danni when I organise our next weekend away!

Nice clean apartment with great location.

We were a party of four in Adelaide for Conference at Adelaide Oval. Danni's apartment was perfect positioning, only 10mins walk to Oval. So convenient to all facilities, transport, coffee shops and every shopping need. Danni made us feel very welcome, and did everything to familiarise us with the apartment and Adelaide. The apartment was so roomy and comfy, and supplied all essential utilities needed for our stay. The glass windows and balcony allowed for an open view of the beautiful surrounding view. The balcony door allowing fresh air to flow through the apartment. A very enjoyable stay.

The apartment was excellent with a great central location. Very handy for conferences across the road at convention centre. Balcony is nice on a warm night. Apartment was very neat and clean and we had a warm welcome on arrival from Dani's mum.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the entire apartment was incredibly clean. The apartment is well-positioned and close to numerous restaurants and an IGA (supermarket), while being located only a short bus ride or drive from the city and beach. There is also a laundromat about 20 metres from the apartment block. Em was a wonderful host, who was welcoming, respectful, friendly and kind. I would strongly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. We're early to rise in the morning which I think worked well with our hosts. Our hosts were welcoming, accommodating and always friendly and helpful. Our rooms were comfortable and homely, and the rooftop balcony gives a stunning 360 view of the city. I would happily return on my next trip to Adelaide.

Ginny and James are great host. They made us feel very welcomed! The place was available in very short notice! The house is lovely and the location is super convenient. We had a very nice dinner in the Greek restaurant nearby. The roof top terrace has an amazing view. It's a very peaceful spot in the city center. We highly recommend their place:)

This place is fantastic! The apartment is in walking distance to everything in Adelaide, has a spectacular view, the room is nice and tidy and everything is clean. Reinaldo and Yennifer are simply the best hosts you can wish for. They are easy going, flexible, helpful and nice to have a chat with. I will definitely come back if I am in Adelaide again.

Everything was exactly as described. Reinaldo & Jennifer were super helpful, and was ever willing to provide tips on the city and getting around. You get great privacy, and yet, when you need, they are always around!

Reinaldo's place was everything I needed for a short stay close to the Adelaide CBD. The apartment was very organised, clean and well presented. Reinaldo was a very friendly host and his wife makes the best cinnamon rolls! I would definitely stay here again.

Reinaldo was super friendly and very communicative before I arrived in town. He also provided me with detailed transport options from the airport and even offered me a travel card :) Upon arriving his home was clean, clear and very inviting. Merran is the best host one can look for. Quick response, helpful information, nice personality and of cause, cozy and neat room just as many previous travellers have mentioned.

Merran was great to deal with , very helpful with local knowledge and with advice on bus , tram's , uber and cabs and the best deals . She has a beautiful cottage and it was very comfortable. Coded access was a good idea and made life simple. If your going to stay there add a few days as walking into everything in the city was easy as from there and theres lots to see and do.

Merran made us feel very comfortable in her home. It's freshly renovated, very clean and quiet. The location was fantastic and suited us to walk to most destinations. We also borrow merran's bikes a couple of times to wiz around some neighbouring suburbs. All in all, a great experience and highly recommended.

Merran is a lovely, thoughtful host that goes out of her way to ensure you experience as much of Adelaide as possible. Her charmingly renovated home is a dream and in a great location! We will definitely be back again.

As Merran's first guest at this location, and with no reviews to go on, I took a slight chance on staying here. And I am so very glad I did. From the time of making the booking to checking out I felt incredibly well cared for by Merran. She is a host in the true sense of the word. Her natural abilities have been honed through her studies in tourism, her professional work and her practical skills as a renovator to create a complete holiday experience. She has carefully thought through all aspects of the stay from the point of view of the guest. Her gift in being able to do this then translates as a real gift for anyone lucky enough to stay here. She is warm, friendly, full of local knowledge and willing to help at all times. Every detail is cared for. The beautifully restored cottage is in a perfect location within walking distance to excellent cafes, restaurants and other shops, as well as parkland and cycling paths. Being able to use Merran's bike was fantastic - the whole city is accessible in this way, as well as paths such as the one along the Torrens to the ocean. The room is perfect: welcome pack, towels, TV, a wonderfully firm bed and plenty of different kinds of pillows. The place is quiet and I slept peacefully every night. The kitchen is well appointed, the bathroom, again, beautifully renovated, and the shower fantastic. I could go on, but I think you get the picture. If you want to stay in a fantastic location, in a fantastic house with a fantastic host, then I'd thoroughly recommend Merran. She made my experience of Adelaide one that was full of joy, ease, wonder and and plenty of new discoveries. I feel like I have come closer to the true heart of Adelaide thanks to Merra's generous spirit. And I am so grateful for this.

My stay was amazing, super clean and a beautiful home. Love how close it is to everything. I normally stay in hotels in Adelaide not anymore I will stay here again amazing place.
