Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Parties and receptions are not accepted. Located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, halfway between Lyon and Valence, the Plaine gîte offers a 100 m² independent house that is quiet and full of charm, accommodating up to five people. Close to the Rhône Valley vineyards (Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Château-Grillet, Saint Joseph...) and the Pilat mountain range, and close to the activity sites of Feyzin and Roussillon or the Saint Alban power station.

"Les cocottes" Old renovated farm

🏡Large family home (about 140 m2) which is an old renovated farmhouse. Located in the Isère countryside, on the borders of Drôme (3 km) and Ardèche (5 km). Ideal for getting together with family and friends, relaxing, visiting the area or taking a break on the way to vacation (entrance to the A7 highway 3 km away). Courtyard, shed and landscaped garden with above-ground pool (June to September) to cool off during the hot summer🌞🌡️!

The dressing room is a penthouse apartment, rooftop with upscale amenities. You can enjoy 60 m2 for a maximum of 2 people, with a queen-size double bed. Comfort and tradition: exposed beams, air conditioning, fibre optic and a range of TV channels, a fully equipped kitchen, carefully selected decor, art exhibits, a terrace, a balcony, and private parking for an additional fee.
