Cozy, comfortable,quite just as advertised.Close to many great state parks,and ski resorts,perfect for a great weekend getaway. We will be returning.

Kevin was in touch with us via text and email. We didn't actually meet him, although he provided all relevant information and we were able to access the house easily. There was a mix-up with the dates and he wasn't planning to rent the house the dates we were there - but was very kind to accommodate us and allow us to stay. The house was a simple country cottage - it was clean and neat and had everything we needed. It wasn't fancy but we didn't expect it to be. We were comfortable and the beds were pretty comfortable. The location was great - very close to Conway and easy to locate.

Lovely cabin, great instructions around the house, super clean. Definitely willing to stay again when we visit Conway again. Very nice place.

What a marvellous place to stay. A peaceful wilderness location a short drive from town and the Kancamagus Highway. The place was clean and tidy and Kevin had turned on the heating so the place was lovely and warm when we arrived. A spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Our stay was great! Nothing too fancy but everything we needed; cozy, plenty of places to sleep, appliances, close to everything.

I've been coming to the cabin for years. There's a reason to keep going back. It's because it's perfect for me and my preferences. Warm,cozy, spacious, all the necessities are there. If you enjoy country living this is a great place. The front porch is a my favorite spot.

The cabin was nice and clean, many beds for visitors as well as board games and books and free wifi was great! Communication with Kevin was very effective and everything was very clear. would stay again anytime!

We love staying here! The house is big with lots of cozy nooks for everyone to have their own space plus a great area to come together and socialize. The location is amazing with views like no other and so private! It's a short drive to North Conway with tons of shops and great restaurants. We love it!

What an amazing space to spend time away and relax, the views are amazing and the space very comfortable. The location is nearby the center of town and hiking spots are easily accessible. I strongly recommend Johanna's space for a group of friends or a large family.

Really liked this place, plenty of room, nicely furnished and stunning views. Staying there was easy, finding the place is easy if you turn into Eidelweiss, then turn left immediately before the big boulder and go up, up up, till you get to the house on the left with a number 13 on it. Well equipped, efficient heating. Great communication with hosts. Lovely locale, would stay there again.

Great experience! Stayed at Johanna's home with 7 of my friends and we had such a good time. Johanna was extremely helpful with everything we needed. House was very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The views were gorgeous, and location was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house had beautiful views and was close to the town of North Conway and Mount Washington.

Pat is a super nice, bright and hospitable person, and we had a great stay. The place is a corker too: warm shower, comfy bed, and a convenient location for exploring the White Mountains with all local amenities nearby. Hope to have a chance to stay again one day!

Patrick was very nice and extremely accommodating! He extended my Check-in time because I was traveling and couldn't be there at the original check-in time. The house was perfect for me...Residential area, close enough to restaurants/bars. Although it was residential, it still felt like I had privacy. The house was very clean, and for me being a chef, the kitchen had everything one would need to prepare a meal. The price was unbeatable! I would come stay here again, no questions asked! Super clean, delightful place and space.

We had a really great stay at Patrick's house. It's beautiful and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and we could use everything we needed. Bath and bedroom were beautiful and very clean. Furthermore, it's a nice place for hiking tours. Mount Kearsage and Mt. Chocorua are great tours for half a day.

Great space! Very nice property and we even saw a bear! Beds were comfortable, water pressure in shower was great and although we didn't get a chance to utilize the deck area it was such a nice spot! The only thing I didn't realize was that there were no local TV channels. There was Netflix though which was great-got to catch up on Shameless!

Wonderful location, close to the main part of town and beautiful scenic views. The barn was very cozy and had all the necessities! Would stay again

Perfect for our weekend. We came up to ski Tuckermans and stayed at Jessica's place (two couples and a baby). Plenty of space for us, very clean and well kept condo, everything we needed. Would definitely return!

My family and I stayed in the condo for one night in late December and we absolutely loved it! It is located in a quiet area but not too far from downtown Conway. The place was easy to find and parking was very close. The condo had a full kitchen, spacious living room, clean bathroom and two cozy bedrooms. My family particularly loved the kitchen for cooking breakfast! We also enjoyed all the board games provided in the house. They were so much fun and provided a lot of laughs! Jessica was very accomodating and quick to answer any questions we had about our stay. We definitely plan on staying here again the next time we were in the area. 5 stars for sure!!

Vicki's place was very nice. Centrally located in the Conway area, yet set back far enough that noise or traffic weren't a problem. The amenities were great and we appreciated that she provided a portable crib for our toddler.

Great place, close to everything, nice accommodations.

This was brand new, very clean and nicely decorated. The towels were great, more like a luxury hotel. People planning to book this location should know the coffee pot is a Keurig. We would definitely come back!

Vicki's place was beautiful. It has clearly been renovated recently and it's quite luxurious. From the granite table to the tempurpedic mattress to the ultra comfy couch, we couldn't be happier with the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location. Highly recommend!

Jay made us feel welcome immediately with a cake. He always responded to emails within an hour. The place was clean and located within walking distances of three beaches. We were here with 5 adults and 5 kids under 5, and there was plenty of room. The loft bedroom was perfect for the kids, although it was very hot. The basement was cool but damp. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed, including a stovetop, microwave and convection oven. There was a barbeque on the deck. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at Jay's, it certainly as a great value and we would go again.

Jay was extremely informative and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He was a flexible host and provided us with privacy, often checking in to see if we needed anything. His rental provided basic needs and was comfortable for our group, though we were surprised to see no oven in the kitchen. We still made everything work, nonetheless. His rental is close to nearby attractions and ski mountains that accommodated our needs. Thank you for your hospitality.

The house served us very well and had plenty of space for guests which makes it a very good value. Our host was very helpful and responsive to inquiries. We were welcomed with a note and a bag of apples which was nice because we went to the house before the grocery store. The summer views aren't quite as nice as they are in the winter because the leaves come in on the trees, but the shade they provide is invaluable. The downstairs was unbelievably cool considering how warm it got while we were there. The master bedroom on the main floor stayed pretty cool too. Overall very happy and you can't beat the price.

Great location and a very cozy chalet. Everything was as described. My family and I had a wonderful time. Jay was very good with communicating before and throughout our stay. He asked about what we were looking to do around the area and was kind enough to provide some maps for scenic drives near where we were going. In addition, he left some terrific peaches for us to enjoy!

Jay was an amazing host, he provided us with excellent communication throughout the trip and answered all of our questions. He recommended excellent tourist hotspots nearby. The house is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful view. A 5 minute drive up the mountain provides you with a beautiful view of three nearby lakes and mountains. It was an amazing experience!

Jay's place was spacious and comfortable for our group of 8. Jay was responsive both before and during the trip, and kindly left us a box of donuts for breakfast. The kitchen is a bit on the smaller side (no oven) but is well stocked. Even though it rained all weekend during our stay, we had fun in North Conway (~20 minute drive) visiting a brewery, playing mini-golf, and visiting various restaurants/cafes. Thanks for having us!

The cabin was lovely! I came with a group of friends and filled the place to the brim on the coldest weekend of the year. Jay welcomed us when we first arrived and was quick to reply to any questions we had. The photos don't give enough credit to the BEAUTIFUL view! Kitchen is a bit small but has everything you need. There are two wood stoves that kept the place cozy. Though we were there in the dead of winter, there is a great porch that I think would make it a fun stay in warmer months too. Hopefully we'll be back!

Jay made us feel very welcome. He attended to all our emails and gave us needed info about the rental. We stayed three nights with our three boys, and they loved the upstairs bedroom with comfy twin beds. We stayed in the master while there were more beds and a wood stove on the lowest floor which we did not need. There is also an extra fridge there which we used as the one in the kitchen is a bit small. There was plenty of bedding. The chalet has beautiful views of the mountains through huge windows. There is a nice deck, but since it snowed, we did not use it. We loved the wood stove and the large propane (I think) heater. I had brought a lasagna, which we cooked in the dual stove/microwave. The chalet is close to various ski mountains and cute little lakes. We would definitely stay again.
