This superbly renovated apartment is located in one of the most popular residential areas of Linz on Auberg. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was still occupied by the owner himself until recently. In the morning, the sun shines from the east and in the evening from the west directly into the apartment. It's always bright. In 5 minutes you can walk to the tram or a small shopping center. Nevertheless, the location is quiet and also just minutes from the most beautiful squares of Linz.

The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender. With sauna, garden, lounge. It is 3 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). The inn and village store are a 5-minute walk.

Loving holiday mechanic apartment near Linz. We live in a very rural area, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for those passing through, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube cycle path) and holidaymakers. Privacy is ensured with your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis was placed on child-friendliness.
