Parking on the alley, private entrance, access to the lovely, private flower-filled garden. Arcata's Redwood Park has extensive trails through the big trees a short walk away, just a few blocks from the apartment. Ocean beaches are a ten-minute drive. Cable TV, dvds old school vinyl record player and records, Ethernet Internet connection. No minimum stay, no cleaning or service fees. Smoking is allowed, but only in the garden.
