This house is perfect for anyone who has a love of history! The host has thoughtfully decorated the space with antiques, making our stay feel like stepping into the past. Beautiful town, beaches, and residents! The host is knowledgeable and friendly!

Andrea and Joe were gracious hosts. Their cozy home is perfect for anyone who is coming into town and wanting to be close to everything. There are lots of good restaurants and shops to walk to. The beaches are a very short drive from the house. It was the perfect Maine getaway.

Warm, charming, comfortable place to lay your head. It is exactly as described and very good value if you just need a base to come back to to sleep. Local restaurants, bars and cafes are very good, plentiful and very close by. Welcoming hosts who communicated quickly and provided lots of helpful local information.

My husband and I stayed for one night at Andrea’s place. The bedroom was incredibly comfy and warm which was much appreciated as it was a cool fall night. Andrea and Joe were incredibly helpful offering restaurant recommendations and ideas for things to do in the area. We had a great stay!

Andrea and Joe's place was wonderful! We only spent one night as we are doing a road trip for my husbands 40th birthday. Joe met us when we arrived and showed us around their home. He also gave us a ton of suggestions for places to eat and visit and said Andrea had made a book of things to do and left it by the door for guests convenience. The house is quite old but it was very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is a thermostat right in the room. I really wish I could have tried the outdoor shower but it got pretty chilly and I chickened out! There are a bunch of unique items and decorations inside. There are several places to eat within walking distance and places to shop as well! Kennebunkport is a short drive with abundant shopping and restaurants as well as amazing views of the ocean. We spent a fair part of our evening exploring Kennebunkport and really enjoyed the Batson River Brewery and Distillery. We would definitely stay with Andrea and Joe again!

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s. The house was beautiful and exactly as expected. (No problem having an outdoor shower as we were prepared.) Andrea was really friendly and communication was easy. Breakfast at the Boulangerie down the road is a must.

Ann’s Songbird suite was very beautiful. It was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. She had books to read. She also had children’s books. I would highly suggest to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kennebunk to try and book Ann’s Songbird Suite. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect stop for a quick stay in the Portland area. We arrived late at night but self-check In was easy, the place was easy to find and well-lit, Ann was a great communicator. The room and space is very professionally done and cozy.. you won’t want to leave!

Ann's place was just as described and was the perfect place to stay when we were in town for a wedding. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and being able to let ourselves in and out through the garage was convenient for us coming and going while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Kennebunk, although little known in Italy. The location of the wonderful house, surrounded by greenery. The comfortable, clean and very welcoming accommodation. Ann is very willing to give all the advice to visit the area.

Daniels place was warm and cozy. Clean place with a great bed! I loved the instructions on how to do things. It was nice to know and understand my surroundings. Daniel is so friendly and very helpful with suggestions for the area!

For the cost of $31 we got what we paid for. Besides the one thing we did notice when we first walked in that we already spoke with the host about, we didn’t face any real issues. The bed was very comfortable. The space was definitely different from what the description posted here implies though. It is basically a bedroom with a private entrance and bathroom, a mini fridge, tv, microwave and a really small table all in a corner. There is a space between the door and the trim so there is a very bad draft that you can’t really combat without turning the heat up. We were however, confused by the taped up signs everywhere though. They don’t want the heat out of the 60’s in the winter time and don’t want the a/c under 75+ in the summers. They also want you to use the provided cleaning supplies to clean their shower if it’s used. For us being that we have sensitive skin, we opted to save showering for when we made it back home. All in all, I was disappointed as the surprise condo stay with my lady for Valentine’s Day weekend wasn’t as described but, for the cost of $31, you get what you pay for.

We stayed at Karen’s apartment while visiting friends in Kennebunk. What a terrific find. We never ran into Karen or her family in person, but she responded quickly to any questions we had while checking in. Her apartment included stylish yet basic furnishings, including hand-painted coffee mugs. Speaking of coffee, we bought coffee and number 2 filters before realizing that Karen had already provided Love Buzz coffee — one of our favorites. She provided fresh fruit and basic supplies in the fridge, as well as a place to leave organic food waste for composting. The mattress was quite comfortable; the bathroom was large and clean. All-in-all, I cannot think of anything else I would have wanted in a place to stay.

I stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks while taking a course locally. The space immediately felt like home. Clean, comfortable, just perfect. Karen was an amazing host. Made my trip so comfortable and easy. I’m so grateful for my time there.

The place is nice and cozy, it has a home feeling to it. Bathroom is big for what I expected. Apartment is very warm you dont feel the chill on those cold days. Close to food/grocery and pharmacy. Great location. Owner has dogs but you barely hear them. Owners are very friendly and respect your privacy.

A spacious comfy and clean apartment with appreciated little touches that made coming back to it after each day of an intensive course a lovely home away from home. Didn’t get to meet Karen with my busy schedule, but all that I needed was anticipated and taken care of. Thank you!

My fiancée and I have stayed in many Air BnB’s and this is one of our favorites. It was super clean and central to everything that we wanted to do. Apartment 44 is spacious, yet cozy and well decorated. Karen answers any questions that we had right away before our trip and recommended some attractions to go and see since we were visiting on the off season. She mentioned that she had dogs, but we never heard them. In the fridge she left us fresh fruit, eggs, water, seltzer, and milk for our coffee in the morning. It was everything we wanted and more. I highly recommend Apartment 44 to anyone that is staying in the area!

I was pleasantly surprised with this airbnb stay! I've always been leery of staying in ones home versus a hotel and this stay has made me really change my attitude towards the options going forward. Joanne was an amazing host! Place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and close to everything. We had an awesome time!

Joanne was the perfect hostess and went above and beyond making us feel welcome. We were there for our first Christmas Prelude, and she had a Christmas light headband and necklace for us to wear to the festivities. She also provided many snacks and toiletries, as well as cold beverages in the refrigerator and a vast assortment of teas and coffees for the Keurig. The bed had top of the line linens as well as a choice of pillows, and a wonderful comforter. We even had plush robes to wear after getting out of the shower in the huge bathroom. There is a private entrance, with a partition that was sound proof. We arrived to Christmas lights and a drive that had been shoveled after the recent snow storm. It definitely put us in the holiday spirit. It was our first experience with Airbnb, and we would highly recommend Grace House! Thank you Joanne for your wonderful hospitality. Joanne was an absolutely amazing host. This was easily the best Airbnb experience and host. The space was lovely and clean. Joanne thought of everything from the maps and recommendations to little touches to make you feel at home. If you’re looking to stay in the kennebunkport area, I highly recommend this space above all else. This was the first time I had stayed in a private room versus whole space and you could barely tell the difference. The space was quite large and beautifully designed.

The Grace House is an absolutely terrific place to stay! It is very close to Kennebunkport and all the local attractions. Joanne's hospitality was outstanding - above and beyond ! There were many special touches like the décor, snacks , Turkish robes, plush towels and a very spacious bathroom. The space was very clean and cozy and had a very comfortable bed. Joanne met us at check-in and was so gracious and kind with her time, tips and information. Joanne is a first class Hostess who really knows how to treat her guests. If we are ever in this area again, we would absolutely love to stay at the Grace House again !

We had a lovely time in Kennebunkport and Portland ME during three days/nights over Labor Day Week in 2019. Joanne anticipated our every need from the planning stage through our stay. The master with bath was quite clean and comfortable. She provided maps, pamphlets, and suggestions when we asked for recommendations about day trips, local sites, and meals out. She had beach towels and blanket all ready in a tote for us to use at the beach use, along with beach chairs.

Cozy and cute house in the woods! Dave and April were very welcoming and even baked us homemade cookies for when we arrived! They were delicious. Would recommend!

Wonderful location, quiet and peaceful yet close enough for us to enjoy Ogunquit and Wells. Home was well stocked for all our needs. Dave was a very helpful with sorting out logistics,theatre location, etc and the homemade cookies were a treat after a long drive from Connecticut. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again on our next visit to the area. Thanks Dave!

This home is completely homey spacious and comfortable. It is a lovely setting in a very quiet and private wooded lot, but not isolated. We had an emergency power outage and Dave showed up 10 minutes later at 4:10am! I highly recommend this cozy home with all the amenities you could need or want. Easy drive to town, beaches, restaurants and scenic walks.

This is a wonderful woodsie, very private & secluded property! We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, neat and comfortable. Very nice deck to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. The only issue we had was the lack of a dishwasher - we prepare most of our meals in. We would stay again in the future and be comfortable recommending to friends and family.

We've rented a few times from Dave and will return again when vacationing in the area. 5-10 minutes to the beaches and shopping/restaurants about the same. Clean and comfortable and if you like privacy with an outdoor space and fire pit this is the perfect place! No dishwasher but the kitchen has everything else including Keurig coffee maker. Highly recommend!

GG's Cabin in The Woods is a quiet modern space away from the hustle and bustle of the beaches but in close driving proximity to the beaches. The home was clean. It had everything you needed from linens to dishes. Both bath and beach towels are provided. There is a washer and drier onsite. Beautiful outdoor space with a grille and fire pit. Easy checkin and easy checkout. No one bothered us during our stay. A basket of homemade chocolate chip cookies were waiting for our arrival on the counter. We will be back.

You absolutely cannot beat this place for the money. Really good-sized studio space with a huge kitchen and Roku TV, which is great. Everything's really clean and well kept up. Bring your own K-cups, but the Keurig was also a nice touch. Loved staying here for 3 nights and would absolutely stay again any time I'm in the area.

Took a solo self care trip for my birthday. The room was beautiful and clean with everything I needed. Having access to the hot tub at night was really nice. Sherry was very quick to respond, and very hospitable, yet give me the privacy I was desiring on this trip. Will be back 🌼

Sherry and Bobs was fantastic! We had a long day of travel behind us and the place was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The town is very cute with great local restaurants. A nice place to stay in Kennebunk.

This room was a perfect spot for me & my sister on our road trip through New England. The location is perfect for walking to Kennebunk or around to see all the beautiful houses. The room was warm & cozy and super cute. We had coffee, tea, water and an amazing local snack on our arrival. We also had access to a ton of tv and Sherry even let us rent a movie on her amazon account! (We paid for it!!) The bed was comfy, there was an extra blanket and Sherry was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed. Would definitely stay again!! Loved it!

We booked this at the last minute and Sherry went the extra mile to have it ready for us quickly. It is a perfectly Charming space with amazing amenities. Microwave coffee station and every little luxury in the bathroom. I highly recommend this space and such a lovely neighborhood and old home.

Christine is a great hostess, generous and considerate. Her home was clean, spacious, and the rooms very comfortable. It was lots of fun to stay in one of Southern Maine’s charming homes that has been very well maintained and yet reflects the more modern nautical and beach flavor of the area. We would highly recommend staying with Christine. She seems to truly enjoy being a host to travelers while at the same time respecting their privacy.

You will never find a place to stay as wonderful as this! Either one of the rooms are a great choice. We stayed 2 nights and stayed in each of the rooms. This was a wonderful choice for us from the extra touches she had in each or the rooms to the short walk to downtown. This was a perfect stay! Don’t look any farther for a place to stay, this is the one! It was a central location for all the places we wanted to travel to. I am very fussy and this place was Super clean!!

Diane was a lovely host and I loved her prompt communication! The loft was perfectly set up and the check-in process was incredibly easy. Very private entrance and space. It was a great cozy getaway and close enough of a drive to Portland or Kennebunkport.

The loft was very clean and comfortable. Very bohemian and casual- I felt like I was back in my first apartment in 1991!! It had everything we needed and Diane was incredibly easy to work with. We’ll definitely stay at this super charming location again!

If you decide to stay in the loft, you will not be disappointed. It's an incredibly private and tranquil location that will make any romantic couple happy. With the entrance and deck in the back of the house, you have everything all to yourself (so long as no one rents the downstairs apartment at the same time - so inquire about that). The loft is rustic and cozy and incredibly comfortable. We truly didn't want to leave to venture outside. Diane is incredibly friendly and hospitable. You will give you her personal cell number so you can communicate directly throughout your stay. There is a great diner about 500 feet away that serves breakfast until 2pm. You can't beat that!

Spacious place in a relaxing location, enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Diane’s was extremely easy and comfortable. Check in was very simple and the loft itself is very cozy. It was an affordable and relaxing stay that was a 30 minute drive from Portland and a 10 minute drive to kennebunkport. The attached pottery studio was awesome too! We bought a few things to bring home as gifts. Would totally recommend to others.

An incredibly clean, cozy, and beautiful cottage. We had an amazing time and were able to drive to many beautiful nearby coastal towns. If I find myself back in Maine I will definitely be staying at Hillary's place again, highly recommend!

Hillary's cottage was lovely, bright, clean, and everything I needed for my one-night stay. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Kennebunkport and the surrounding areas. In my opinion, it would be ideal for 1-3 people, but it looks as though she's had some families that enjoyed the space as well. I've stayed at a few places in New England that have similar specifications, and this one is as good as they come. The aesthetics are stylish, interesting, and warm all at once. This place has charm. The very large living room window overlooks a creek and golf course. The couch is super cozy, the TV moves and swivels to be seen from either the kitchen table or the living room couch. The bed is comfortable, everything smelled clean and fresh. I have allergies, and they were not an issue in this place. The shower space worked well for me, but for someone taller it might have been a tight fit. For my visit, the kitchen was more stocked than most places like this - sundries went beyond oil, salt, and pepper. Hillary left several little treats for me, a card, flowers, and accommodated me when I asked if I could have an early check-in. She didn't insist on meeting with me upon check-in, which wouldn't have bothered me, but I think there was something really nice about having the choice to do my own thing. The cottage is connected to her home, which I might imagine could be off-putting for some customers. I never heard a peep coming from her side of the house. Don't be weirded out by the "shared" space...this is an instance where I truly don't think you'll notice. I hope I can return -- maybe next time I'll come in beach season!

I needed a quiet, peaceful, spiffy clean, and well located place to stay while I had a few minor surgeries in Portland, @ 30 minutes away. Hillary’s place fit the bill and was perfectly pleasant!! The description and pictures are true! We had a minor snafu and Hillary was on it and respectfully updated me on the situation. I needed a couple of small items to make me more comfortable and again Hillary was right there. I stayed 2 weeks and by the end it felt like a 2nd home. I slept so well and this is quite a feat for me as I have a really hard time getting and staying asleep. Everything you need is there and if not, just ask, and it will magically appear on the step. I didn’t meet Hillary or Paul, but I did wave to them in the driveway a few times. They made sure I had my privacy, but I am sure if I wanted to meet them it would have been fine. The area is pretty Quintessential New England. The stars and moon were so bright from the deck at night, I thought that I had left the outside light on. It was gorgeous!!! I bought yummy handmade vegan donuts from Frinklepod Farm down the road. I got a lobster roll clam chowder combo at Shain’s@ 30 minutes away in Sanford. I strolled the many breathtaking beaches in the area; Kennebunk, Parson’s, Wells, Crescent, Ogunquit. As well as walked the unbelievably picturesque Marginal Way in Ogunquit! The waves were kicking and so was the wind, but what a great experience!! Plenty of options for local seafood and shopping downtown Kennebunk or Kennebunkport. I checked out the famous Congdon’s Donuts in Wells, which did not disappoint! I could go on and on....I can’t forget about Portland being so close I went for Lunch or Dinner with ease. The Green Elephant is so good for Veggie Pad Thai!! Just one thing to note: the shower stall is small. I am five foot seven, 179 lbs and I was completely fine, but any taller or wider and you may have a problem. But on a positive note, the tub in the shower stall would be great for bath time for little ones after the beach. Obviously I highly recommend Hillary’s place and will definitely stay again if I am in the area!! Thank You for everything, Hillary and Paul!

The Cape Arundel Cottage has everything you need for a perfect stay. From the beautiful location to all of the comforts of home the cottage is beautiful and Hillary & Paul are there to help with anything you need.

We just wrapped up a one week stay at Hillary's apartment and it could not have been better. This is an absolutely delightful one bedroom apartment overlooking the beautiful field and river that abut the Cape Arundel Golf Course. The apartment is cozy, beautifully appointed and filled with natural light. We like to cook in, and the kitchen was perfect for all our needs. To make a great stay even better, Hillary had thoughtfully provided a bottle of red wine and a homemade blueberry upon our arrival. Trust me, we will be coming back.

This little cottage was everything and more; the home itself was modern and stylish, with thoughtful touches all around. Very comfortable living situation with really just about anything you’d need for a great stay. Our hosts were excellent with communication and very quickly plowed/shoveled everything for us after a quick snow storm the night before. Couldn’t recommend this play anymore 10/10

Diane's BnB is a funky, artistic and comfortable place to stay. It was immaculate and right off a main highway, but quiet. We parked right in front, walked 400 feet to a restaurant, and slept like babies. Nice open areas and just plain nice! Thank you, Diane.

This is great space. All the amenities are homie and though it has been pieced together over time, it gives it a certain charm. We stayed here for a summer event that required a 3am wakeup, so take my observations with a grain of salt. We stayed on a Saturday night and the ice cream shop is a local hangout spot for teens. It closed around 9 or 10pm, but since we went to bed at 7pm, I was unable to sleep. If you have small children, this is a consideration. There is another guest space upstairs and age of the house showed when we heard them come home at 11pm. I'm sure they were trying to be quiet but we could hear every footfall loud and clear. The bedrooms appeared to be stacked on top of each other as well since we could hear their bed as well. If we had been here on a weeknight or not had to go to sleep super early, I bet I wouldn't have noticed any of the external stuff, but the upstairs can only be avoided by having nobody up there.

Staying at Diane’s home was a refreshing break from the metropolitan lifestyle. Along with the stylish decor, Diane’s home was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and is about a 10 minute drive to the main part of town. There’s lot to do in Maine and we plan on going back!

The sunrise from that front window absolutely blew my mind. Gorgeous place to be, clean, safe, this is a perfect location for anyone visiting the area! Highly recommend!

Staying at Maureen's was our best B and B experience. She made us feel at home from the very beginning. Maureen offered great local suggestions and we had everything we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay alot. Easy to set up and coordinate, which helped us stay on time with our wedding related activities this weekend. Maureen is very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun talking with her about the town, and also professional activities we have in common. As a "local" who raised a family there, she's a great resource. The shared areas were easily accessible and clean. Our bedrooms where clean, bright, and comfortable with fans and AC. Bathroom very clean. Highly recommended.

Maureen is the BEST host you could imagine!! She gave us Dutchies a very warm welcome in her lovely house when we arrived in the evening. Unfortunately the first day of our stay, our 11 year old son needed emergency surgery for his appendix. She helped us a lot in this situation. And she even brought our son flowers in the hospital and offered to look after our 2 girls. She let us stay longer so that he could have enough rest as we couldn’t travel to our next destination. He had a very comfortable recovery. Besides that, we also had much fun with her, she gave us a feeling of being at home. She is a very generous, warm person and has a big heart. Incredible what she all did voor us! The house, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were clean, beds were comfortable and we loved her fresh breakfast. We certainly recommend this place!

Beautiful place to visit and a great home location! We wish we could’ve given the home location more stars. It is walking distance to Kennebunk downtown. This included a craft fair, farmers market, shopping and more! It isn’t walking distance to the beach, but it is a VERY short drive and a parking pass is included.

We loved our stay. I was with 3 girlfriends & we really felt like home with Maureen. We spent time with her, we had good breakfast, everything was clean and cozy/comfortable. They are very nice people and she takes her job as a host very seriously. Really would recommend :)

Really cozy place, and Sally was communicative to make sure everything was going smoothly since she was out of town. It was well stocked with books, games, an umbrella, towels, and even extra toiletries in case you forgot something.

What an adorable little place. The Coop was so nice!! A little “glamping” spot close to everything but tucked away in a quiet & beautiful spot. Bathroom was close by and the coffee maker and juice were so nice to have. Little deck was lovely! Loved my stay. Thanks Sally!

Such a cute & unique Airbnb to stay at! It was quite the fun and quirky experience. Sally is so cool, kind, help, and very informative. If your up for a different place to stay, father then your run of the mill Airbnb- I would definitely recommend!

We absolutely adored The Coop — such a sweet place to stay! Sally warmly greeted us on arrival and gave us a “tour” of our accommodations. Everything was as she described in her listing, so no surprises, although it still managed to exceed our expectations. We loved the cheery decor and cozy, unique setting and only wished we could have stayed a little longer. (Next time for sure!) We highly recommend Sally’s coop!

Our stay at The Co-op was great! Sally was a fantastic host and the area of Kennebunk had many great beaches and views.

Sally’s place is extremely unique and memorable. The futon is surprisingly comfortable and the screens in the windows and doors allow a really nice summer breeze at night. The bathroom is close by and private. The location is quiet and peaceful. There are super cute touches and it’s sparkling clean. Highly recommend!

Sally’s place was a wonderful oasis for my husband and I on our road trip along the coast. Sally was a superb resource for suggestions on what to do in the area. The Coop was cozy and quiet and the bathroom was just a short walk from the cottage with a private entrance. We were looking for a space away from downtown, but close enough to easily visit the surrounding areas and that’s exactly what we got! Our trip isn’t over yet, but this has been our favorite accommodation so far!

The areas of the house that we had access to were exactly as they were in the description. We had access to the living room and bedrooms upstairs which had a mini fridge in it. Having breakfast included in the morning was a tasty bonus! Jane and Warren were extremely helpful with direction and tourist tips! I would definitely visit again!

Great place - so much history. Breakfast everyday was great - location is perfect - Hosts were so friendly, kind and personable.

The condo offered more than I expected. My friends and I were really impressed with the amenities offered. The condo was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Carolyne was super sweet and quick with her responses. Overall had a great experience and don’t have any complaints.

Christine was flexible with check-in, gave some great recommendations for dinner, and provided some coffee and snacks for our early departure the next morning. Charming little guest house in the woods. Perfect for a romantic getaway or even fit for a small family. We loved the location and close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. Beautiful beaches, hikes and delicious restaurants nearby. Our host was so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We’ll definitely come back again soon.

I enjoyed tea with my breakfast every morning with a view of the woods . Comfortable beds. Short distance to Goose Rocks Beach, Cape Porpoise, and downtown Kennebunkport. I'd stay again if in the area.

Pat's place was a perfect spot for us as we traveled to Maine to visit the UNE campus. The space was much larger than expected with lovely art on the walls and plenty of space to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing spot steps from the beach with wonder views of the dunes, sea and sunrise. Bigger than expected and really airy we had a fantastic stay - the sound of the surf really does lull you to sleep yet the bright lights of the town are just a walk away! A quaint, and very comfortable seaside condo at a great little beach town. The condo itself has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen to a stereo, DVD player and TV. Highly recommend for a relaxing and affordable vacation!

Christine's house was a perfect little getaway in a beautiful location a stone's throw from the beach. Although we only stayed one night we had a relaxing break & would definitely return someday for a longer stay.

Christine has a great place that we really enjoyed! It was very cozy and loved the homey touches (hotels get old so fast)! We also really loved how close it was to the beach. Christine has easy to reach and even helped us within 10 min when we locked the keys inside!

The yurt was great and right next to the brewery. We went on a Friday night and stayed for music, pizza, and beer. The yurt itself is clean and had coffee, berry bread, snacks, and some of funky bows beer! All in all a perfect stay I highly recommend :))

Such a fun stay. Yurt is cute and beds super comfy. There were nice touches from the hosts like pumpkin bread and beer!! If possible, visit on an evening when the wildfired pizza oven is operating at the brewery - best pizza ever.

The yurt was very clean and cozy. There were four of us and we all agreed the beds were very comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the brewery and everyone there was friendly. Our favorite part of the yurt was the wood stove inside, it was nice to go from an outdoor fire to an indoor fire. Since there is no running water, we wish we had brought hand sanitizer. Everything else was perfect and Paul was very quick to respond if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again!

Joey’s place was lovely. It was in a great location right across the road from the beach, and a 5-10 minute walk to the pier and shopping, nightlife, etc. Joey was so great with communication right from the start & was incredibly kind and accommodating. The unit itself is small but cute and has everything you would need for your stay. There is train tracks right behind and there’s a train that goes through early in the AM and startled us the first night, but we slept with the windows shut the next evening and barely heard it. We absolutely will be back next year.

Nice and convenient studio. 3 minutes walking from the beach. Kitchen, bathroom, shower all is equipped and good to go. The only interesting surprise can be a railway right out of the window. Sometimes trains shakes the whole apartment and ride at night. Which was kinda fun, but I wouldn't stay here long-term because of this. Overall experience was nice.

We had a great time at Beach Breeze! The apartment was very clean and wasn’t missing anything. The only thing is that there is a train that passes by right behind the building which woke us up a few times during the night but the location so close to the beach really makes up for it. We would definitely stay there again!

Daniel’s place is a great value, but do be prepared for minimal amenities (bring your own everything basically—toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dishes, etc) some people have left things behind for the next guests, however it’s not guaranteed. Do be aware that there are no windows. This is manageable, but it was very easy to lose track of time. The pictures in the listing don’t do the space justice; it is small, but very clean. The bed is very comfortable, and there is a large tv (you can sign into Netflix etc). The only other thing to note is the plumbing is loud, but this caused no problems for me. Daniel has many great suggestions for things to do in the area, and is very helpful if you have any questions. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m the area.
