60 square meters, air-conditioned. Situated between the sea and the Cevennes 5 minutes from Sommieres 30 minutes from the large mound and 30 minutes from Nimes and Montpellier. The house is composed of a kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. A terrace of 35 square meters overlooking the countryside where you will discover our animals as well as the pool, the boulodrome with its relaxation area and shaded. Independent apartment on the first floor of my home. Glued to the city of Sommières but in the countryside. Very quiet neighborhood. Nîmes-Le Vigan bike path 30 m away. Downtown is 10 minutes' walk. Numerous activities in Sommières: famous Saturday market, Monday summer, Wednesday night market, many restaurants in the city center. Cévennes and sea 40 minutes away (I'll show you some nice spots).
