The apartment is located on the upper floor, is bright, about 50 square meters, has a living/sleeping area with open kitchen, a bathroom (with window and shower) and a small walk-in closet. They live in the house completely alone (on the ground floor there is only one garage; the landlords live in the house next door). The apartment is surrounded by fish ponds on the outskirts of Soltau. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included.

Our small apartment is located about 3 km from Walsrode. Among other things, there is the world's largest bird park. We are located in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn has, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also just 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also available on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside the door.

My place is close to the Heidepark, Safari Park, Vogelpark, Snowdome, Soltauer Therme. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has new and upscale equipment. The metropolitan cities of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

This small house offers everything for one or more nights in transit...idyllic little place also for your dog . In the house there is a toilet and hand basin (shower can only be done by arrangement in the main house).A small cooking point as well as a fridge and central heating are available. The apartment is located in a 100 year old barn of an idyllic, 26 soul village in the midst of (almost) unspoilt nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It's an area with no superlatives. Everything very normal without big attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate in this area. Lots of nature, wide view and little distraction. It is a place where you can unwind and gather strength.
