Within 10 km there is a swimming pool with saunas, a free beach, 12 km from the house there is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe - Modry Las. This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

The apartment is perfect for a holiday or business trip for 5 people (extra bed for a 6th person). The living room has a sofa, TV and table. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedroom has a bunk bed for 3 people. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. In addition to the jacuzzi, the garden has a separate place to relax, a barbecue and parking for 2 cars.

Banana House – a holiday home in an idyllic location. Direct access to the beautiful, large Lake Myśliborskie. A private road separates the house from the lake, approximately 60 meters away. The house is surrounded by banana plants, palm trees, and Amazonian trees. For an additional fee, we also offer: - Hot tub: 250 PLN/€60 - Sauna: 220 PLN/€50 (one-time use for cooling off)
