It's actually a hotel room except there is no hotel service which I did not need either. I had lived in this hotel years ago so there is no problem at all except it is much cheaper. Thanks for the host for very good communication. Highly recommend to everyone as the hotel is very accessible.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is even better than in the pictures: very clean, organized and with everything we needed. The host was super attentive- always available and helpful. The condominium is very good! It has a mini market (practical for fast shopping), and a privileged location – close to bakery, market. Very large space, full ground floor house, very large outdoor area and comfortable. Churrasqueira is portable and makes it difficult to use due to lack of support (sink, bench, etc.). Another if not are the foams of both the sofas and the mattress of the master suite, which are very worn and therefore without proper firmness.

Simply wonderful! Exceeds expectations! Everything very organized, clean and well cared for! We love the place!! Especially the children, who in addition to the pool, were able to enjoy a trampoline and soccer field. A place with a lot of greenery, birds, impeccable nature, and close to everything (it is close to Santana de Parnaíba; Barueri, and with shops in the region (market/bakery...); Host Carlos, always available, gave us recommendations on market/bakery services/options, instructions/guidelines about the stay. Anyway, a complete country house, ideal for those who want to “get away” from the stress and rush of everyday life, amidst nature. We had a stay of peace, quiet and quiet! Thank you!
