Modern apartment, cozy, has utensils for cuántas and long stays and with great leisure structure in the condominium. The site is easily accessible and well located, with a pharmacy, a supermarket on the corner, restaurants, bakeries, bars, etc., you can walk peacefully. The host is very quiet, attentive and always responded promptly. Super indicated and I will safely return.

Elise’s apartment was perfect! It’s beautifully arranged and thought out and worked so well with my two young children, they loved the toys and seamless flow between inside and outside, and most of all the little outdoor bath. It met my expectations. It needed a place for 5 people, with a garage and next to Allianz Parque so that we could watch the show with peace of mind. We are installed comfortably. It is quiet for walking. If we had more time, we could enjoy the surroundings (for example, the nearby Sesc Pompéia...). It has artisanal bakery a few meters for breakfast.

Angela is very attentive and responds quickly. The flat is exactly as pictured, very clean and all organized.

Location and details of the apartment as described. Markets, restaurants and bars are nearby (+ -1km) is a bit dark for night walks.

Flat is cozy, has a balcony with wonderful network, new furniture. For 04 people it was a little tight, but with it was only a fds we managed to accommodate ourselves.

The best part of seu carlos place was the balcony! The apartment itself is a bit small but perfect for someone that’s a minimalist like me. Also best part is he offers cleaning service weekly at no extra charge. The apartment has great amenities like work area, cooking area, pool, gym etc. Seu Carlos is an excellent host and I would be happy to return!

My stay was very good! The place is very cool and the entrance instructions are clear and intuitive. I noticed a few details, such as a stained blanket and kitchen trash full of water bottles, but nothing that compromised the experience. I was already in the green container and, personally, I thought it best.

A great studio apartment in a great location. The view from the balcony is amazing. Also, the balcony itself is set up with couch and dining table makes it a good relaxing experience. Paulo has been super responsive too. Will definitely come back to this place again.

Comfortable apartment with the basic amenities available (soap,towels,bedding,detergent,cloths, carpets, kitchen utensils) all clean and organized. The condominium is excellent, has a toy library, large pool, courts and even a mini market for the emergency room. Next door there is an Assaí hypermarket with pharmacy, lottery, etc.. excellent location as well. Although close to the marginal I did not find noisy. Host extremely polite and available. Nice and polite neighborhood. Super recommend this home.

I loved staying at Patricia's house! She was extremely kind, being flexible with check-in and check-out times, which helped a lot, since we had a baby. I got this apartment at the last minute due to changes in plans, I wish I had had the opportunity to stay longer, but I already had another one booked :(. Perfect, from the host's service, spacious balcony, clean apartment, super comfortable, exactly what my husband and I needed, great gym. Perfect location, not in the middle of chaos, but close to everything! It wasn't noisy at night. I felt comfortable and at home. I want to come back as soon as possible.
