It is well oriented and receives sunlight all day, with a golden glow in the evening at sunset. It’s a peaceful place, even though you can hear the muffled sound of road traffic. With no neighbours directly opposite, the living space and the terrace allow for privacy from the rest of the property.

The sleeping area and the bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the living area is upstairs, offering you a breathtaking view of the lake, where you can enjoy the terrace for a beautiful sunset.
