The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The famous Café Winklstüberl is a 30 minutes via the panoramic hiking trail. Schliersee and Spitzingsee are just a few minutes away by car.

In Bayrischzell, in an idyllic location with mountain views, you will find the Voglsang holiday apartment in Haus Annamirl. This cosy apartment with a balcony impresses you with its Upper Bavarian charm and the view over the romantic little Larchbach stream towards Seeberg and Traithen. The 36 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), and a bathroom, offering space for up to four guests.

The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.
