Shannon's place is incredible. I booked relatively last minute, and she was over-the-top accomodating in both answering my questions and being welcoming me warmly. The care put into this house is worth noting. The view is breathtaking, but there is clearly someone who has a passion for making homes "homes". You'll know what I mean when you check this place out. Loved the stay, and will be coming back again!

A spacious place in a town with amazing restaurants filled with fun people

The room/bathroom/kitchen all are clean and amazingly spacious, bed is very cozy, it got a little cold the first night but my room had a portable heater, only took 10 minutes to warm up. There’s a tv with HDMI cable so if you bring a laptop you can watch Netflix. Location is great, less than a mile to downtown, bus stop less than a block away. There is a convenience store and asian market right around the corner, and a bagel shop for breakfast. Very quiet, only two rooms on the floor. Real good value for money! 5 stars stay and 5 stars host.

We stayed here during a conference and Rachel was very quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. The space was clean and comfortable to stay in. Would recommend to anyone!

The apartment is cute and it was helpful to have a full kitchen available. Plus we both found the bed was one of the most comfortable ones we have slept on during our travels. We liked having an assigned parking space and the unit was easy to access. Nice little place to stay!

We stayed at this place for a week and we had a good experience, everything was clean, close to the parking lot, Andy was very kind with us and answered all the questions we had quickly. Nice private apartment I recommend it!!

Andy was an excellent host who was very responsive to my questions and made check-in and check-out a breeze! The apartment was as shown in the posting; simply decorated with all the basic amenities needed. I stayed at this apartment for 8 weeks and found it to be safe and comfortable. I used the washer and dryer many times in the basement of the building and found that very convenient. Some other reviewers commented that the apartment’s location was a bit out of the city. That is true (although in warm weather it would be an easy 15-20 minute walk from some downtown restaurants and bars). However, the location was great for me. I enjoyed being near all the stores on South Willow Street and having quick access to I-293 and I-93.

Celeste is very warm and welcoming. She makes sure you are comfortable in her bedford home. She is quick to respond if you ever need anything!

I was in Manchester for a two-month internship and stayed here. Celeste was a great host and checked in often to make sure I was doing well. The bed is extremely comfortable and very large. There are many restaurants nearby and it is less than a ten-minute drive to downtown Manchester. Celeste is willing to offer food suggestions and there is even a grocery store down the street. If you like cats, you will love her cats, Max and Ruby. Both were extremely friendly and Max would greet me every time I came home. They enjoy being pet and playing. There was a designated space to park and it was very easy to get in with a code to enter the door to the house and the door to the room. It was nice not needing a physical key.

Very clean comfortable, lovely old Cape Cod style home-- nothing like the feel of old wood well maintained to give a homey touch-- lots of restaurants nearby (you GOTTA try the Red Arrow for breakfast) and a HUUUGE tv with Netflix in the living room

Kim and Mike have a lovely home, not opulent but well furnished in perfect taste, sparkling clean, and with a great location if you are going to downtown Manchester. They are nice people who are interesting to talk with and helpful with local tips, but unobtrusive if you don't need them. I would happily stay again when next I travel there.

Great AirBNB! Sparkling clean which I can really attest to, as I was walking in the house cleaner was walking out! Great rooms with keys. Very large and comfortable beds. Air conditioning in living room and powerful fans in bed rooms. Coffee maker and some of the best coffee I’ve had was there (I didn’t add sugar or creamer yet it was exceptionally sweet). Made my first time in New Hampshire well worth it. Highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to stay at the loft while I was in the process of relocating for work. I stayed a little over a month and I could not have been more pleased with my stay! Mike and Amy are amazing hosts. The loft is very clean and comfortable. You can stream your favorite shows or watch local TV through Hulu. If you’re lucky you’ll come home to some of Amy’s amazing baked goods as a special surprise! I also was lucky enough to stay at Mike and Amy’s loft during what is most certainly the strangest time we’ve seen during our lifetime. I can’t thank Mike and Amy enough for their hospitality and willingness to be amazing hosts during a time of uncertainty. I will always remember the loft in Derry and I will remember it fondly.

I had the pleasure of staying here and it was perfect for me. Warm, cozy and inviting. The loft was immaculate and they provided some nice touches - a breakfast muffin and chocolate chip cookies upon arrival in addition to toiletries if you forgot to pack them. Comfortable bed and couch, the ambiance makes you want to just hang out and relax.

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place in a rural area. Nataliya's place was very comfortable, it was bigger than we expected. The toddler bed was perfect for our 4 y.o. as well as some toy available in the suite. There is a couch that was very comfortable to relax after a busy day. We appreciated thoughtful items for our use during our stay. The communication for the check-in was very clear and timely.

Kayla is a super communicative and gracious host. I can't say enough good things about this location. This was our second time at Tracey's place, and it was wonderful to see her again. Tracey is a host that goes above and beyond (and then some) to make sure her guests feel comfortable - she welcomed us with hot tea and spirited discussion, and was a delight to chat with for the short time we were in town. It was a full house during our stay, and we had so much fun meeting the other folks staying there. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

I had privacy when I wanted to rest, and a friendly chat with Tracey and another guest in common areas of the house. I had car trouble and she referred me to her mechanic who helped me right away. Joel is one of great hospitable hosts that I have met. His big house is quiet, clean, simple and comfortable. I immediately felt at home. Please send him text rather than try to talk over his mobile phone when you do check-in. His house is surrounded by big trees. Communication at first could be frustrating.

I stayed at Kate's for the weekend and had a great time! I had no issues checking in or accessing WiFi. The apartment was comfortable and spacious enough for 1-2 people. It had all the basic necessities for my stay. It was spotless when I arrived and stylishly decorated. I brought my air mattress with me and set it up in the living room because the TV was located there. I did notice the king bed in the bedroom was clean, but I only used the pillows during my stay. I sent a message about the TV my first night, but never got a response back. I still have no idea how to access if there was cable, but held up just fine with the smart TV apps. The couch was very comfortable, I actually fell asleep on it for a few hours my first night. My only complaint is that I thought it was noisy. However, it is centrally located in the city AND off a main street in Manchester. It's expected to have noise between walls with other tenants.... I did used to live on Ash! (between Beech and Maple) I guess I forgot what that noise was like. Otherwise, I would stay here again whether it be for work or just to have another staycation! Love/need coffee in the AM. The coffee bar was a nice touch. Recommendation to have a lamp in the living room. Thanks for hosting me :)

My first AirB&b and I had no idea what to expect. The thing I noticed was how quickly Scott replied to my texts. Very comforting. Other than the weather, the check in was smooth and easy.... Beautiful old home with updates. room #2 was spacious with a tv, work desk, dresser, ceiling fan and, as promised, a Bayview window. For those who are not aware of what a Bayview window is, it is 3 windows that kind of expand out of the side of a house. And, in this case, the window is on the Eastern side of the house, so you get the morning sun. The description of the house and the rules are accurate and spit on. Scott (the host) was unbelievably fast in replying to all of of my texts. And as an AirB&B rookie, this was VERY comforting. Thank you Scott! Hope to see you next year!

Debbie’s Place is a gorgeous modern home that affords the traveler restorative rest and privacy. The hosts are welcoming and friendly but not intrusive. You will find everything you need all but for the asking. The big screen TV with Netflix was great and the bed had a dreamy memory foam mattress that was comfy and cozy. I loved their special coffee! I stayed at Debbie’s Place while working on a temporary job that was very stressful. I felt like I hit the Air BnB jackpot! You can tell that love abounds in this home. If you stay there, maybe you can take a little home with you for free.

Extremely Clean, room, The location was perfect, great neighborhood, and the house was clean and there was street parking as well as a driveway. Host was nice, and informative, and though i only stayed one night, i would definitely book again. Bed was comfortable and TV mounted on wall in bedroom, private entrance and private bath were great details!

Nice apartment. I didn't meet Andy but spoke to him on the phone and texted, and he was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations, etc.

Andy is SUPER! This was a work trip executed in a hurry. I would have been at a disadvantage if it weren't for Andy"s right on local assistance and responsiveness. In addition to providing a clean well stocked place, Andy's local guidance from best options for dining and meetings to local organizations for us to drop donations was indispensable. Very grateful for a super experience.

The apartment was very clean and conveniently located. Parking was plentiful and private, so no issues there. We liked the private entrance too. The kitchen was adequately stocked with every kitchen tool you would need for your stay. If you like the retro charm of an older building, this is the place for you. Although some of the fixtures seemed to be original to the period for the building, they were all in perfect working order and that was quite cool. (Remembrances of days when I was growing up!) Andy was responsive too, which was great! Great value for the price. The only negative was the noise from cars going up and down the street until about 10 pm, then it turned quiet until the next morning. This may be an issue for someone who is a light sleeper, but clearly nothing that anyone can control.

Exactly as advertised, short walk to plenty of destinations, was perfect for a short trip to the city to attend a week of conferences.

We stayed here for 7 days in December, it was extremely clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

The loft is just as you would expect from the pictures. Clean, bright, spacious layout, with a convenient parking spot. Water and chocolates were really thoughtful touches. Would def stay again.

George and Kirstin were great hosts. The accuracy of all their notes was spot on right down to finding the lock box for keys and parking just to the left of the tree. This space and lofted apartment is up a total of two sets of stairs. Danny and I felt very safe staying here and walked back from Thirsty Moose and 815 and felt safe in the neighborhood on the way back from Manchester’s main Elm Street night life. The bedroom was super clean and bright which I loved. The bathroom was crisp and clean with plenty of towels. I loved the decor...the shower curtain matches the rug in the living room. The entire space offers a nautical vibe and if I didn’t know I was right in downtown Manchester I would have thought we could have been in Newport Rhode Island. The Roman curtains in the bedroom are gorgeous! These two had “Thelast Lecture” on display in their bookcase and I smiled to myself as it is one of my favorite reads. As far as the kitchen goes there is a small washer and dryer! And although we didn’t cook while here we did use the Keurig machine. When we arrived there is another set of directions with local recommendations a jar of mints and a candy jar filled with an assortment but especially peanut butter cups! I loved this space and place and I hope if I am back in Manchester NH that I could book it again for alma mater events and college friends who years later now continue to get married in the area. Thank you Kirstin and and George-your responsiveness was exceptional! 5 stars all around! Do yourself a favor and rent this air b&b! -Kristen, nurse and New Hampshire enthusiast!

This was a wonderful apartment: well appointed, sunny, tasteful, and very clean. The communication, check-in and check-out instructions were all very clear, and George is super responsive. It’s in a great location, just steps away from Downtown, and yet it’s quiet and calm. It was also a great base of operations for being there during the first-in-the-nation New Hampshire Presidential Primary.

The home was freshly cleaned and had all the amenities required to make a home cooked meal. Wayne was always just a phone call or message away and was super amenable to our requests. Would stay here again. Thank you Wayne!

Wayne’s place is really nice and clean! I and my other four friends was having a great Thanksgiving night in Wayne’s apartment. It offer a large living space, Apple TV, clean environment easy check in and was in a safe community, which is pretty convenient since it is near to the highway. A really awesome traveling experience in Wayne’s apartment! Thank you Wayne!

Wayne’s place is in a great location close to downtown, and it was immaculate, albeit a bit spartan in its amenities. We arrived ahead of schedule, and Wayne graciously let us drop our bags in the house while it was prepared for our stay. A great value for a legitimate 3 bedroom home

Amazing stay at this perfect location so close to everything! The beds were amazingly comfortable and the couch was so fluffy and the power reclining parts were amazing to chill out after a long day. Five stars!

This is a very comfortable setup on a super cute farm! I enjoyed wandering around and saying hello to the goats and horses. The rooms are clean and comfortable and Linda really made me feel right at home. Had a lovely time :)

Great views of all the farm animals. Nice and clean. Left coffee and cream for us, plus microwave popcorn and a soda. Just a great place.

We enjoyed our stay at Linda's place. The suite was very nice, and we loved the location. We will definitely try to stay there on our next trip.

Prompt communication, clean and private living space. Linda even asked when we would arrive so she could turn the ACs on for us! We loved seeing all the goats and horses, and that our dog could stay with us. The coffee and hot chocolate were the perfect touch. WiFi connection was strong. We will definitely be back!

Linda’s place is beautiful! You are on a beautiful farm, you have your own private entrance to a mini apartment! The whole space was very clean and simply perfect! A great value!

He was a very nice man. If you needed anything he would always help to make sure your stay was perfect!

Tim is very responsive and if you have any issues he will take care of them immediately.

Scott has a beautiful space with numerous & appropriate upgrades for the age of the home. I most especially appreciated the level of cleanliness!! I will certainly look to stay with Scott again when I return to NE.

I had an amazing time here! The bedroom was great; clean, minimalist, and the bed was very comfortable. I had full access to the kitchen and was able to keep some food in the fridge, which helped me eat at restaurants less often. I felt at home here. The location was in a safe area and I was always able to find parking. Scott was incredible about replying quickly and was so helpful. Loved staying here!

Amazing stay, comfortable room!

Lovely older house. Stairs, not handicapped accessible -- but for the able, it's a fabulous space. I love the old-house touches: heat by radiators, the style, the odd back staircase to the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked and good for cooking your own food in. Would definitely stay here again.

Scott is great at communicating quickly, the place is spacious, clean and beautiful and it has the feeling of an old-style boarding house or hostel.

Good location and cozy house. Scott responds quickly so if you have any doubts or questions just ping him. Scott recommended some local places like restaurants and bar which were good. Most of the things are at walking distance from this location since it's in downtown.
