It is a charming apartment with some special details .... Very clean, brand new towels, nice bed linen, and extra blankets if it is too cold. At the entrance to the apartment there is a step that you have to be careful not to trip over ... especially at night. The heating is immediately warm, the bathroom is pleasant and nicely decorated. The view is beautiful and if you want it to be dark, you can darken everything. Large wardrobe and Lots of space to park. I will gladly come again.

The location of the apartment is great. Everything very easy to reach (Autobahn, rewe, etc ...) The apartment is clean and as in the description. Communication is fast and great. Always my pleasure :)

Rita and Franz are very nice hosts, we felt very comfortable with our 8 month old son in the clean and beautiful apartment. Especially the cot and chair and the fact that you can close the bedroom with door were very convenient.

Dear Rita, dear Franz, in your apartment, it can be great relax. She is super equipped. The nights were almost silent and the bed was great for the back - so: restful sleep. Your kindness, helpfulness and the conversations we liked. You were there for us when we needed you. Thank you very much. We will be back. And another compliment to the Kraichgau in general - warm, friendly people live here who can cook even excellent. So ... always worth a holiday.

Quiet, tastefully furnished apartment for a visit to the Heilbronn countryside. Nothing is missing and Rita and Franz are easy to reach and fulfill (almost) every wish.

We loved our stay at Peter’s and Anettes. Everything was as described and the location for us was perfect.

The hosts are super nice. The apartment is perfectly thought out to the smallest detail and it is all there, what you need! I would always book this apartment, should I be close again. It really is not better!

The apartment of Anette is beautifully located on the hillside and you can see from the patio in the valley. It is quiet and we were able to recover nicely in the evening after our exhausting day trips in Kraichgau. The apartment is spotless, nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. With Anette and Peter we had a nice, short conversation and have good tips for the approach to BUGA taken. It's a pity we did not have time for a longer conversation over a glass of wine, maybe next time. Merci pour tous, Kathe and Karlheinz

I have rented the Apartment from Anette for about two and a half weeks, and planning to return next year. I personally have been most satisfied with what the place offers: One roomy bedroom, the Bathroom is nicely arranged, good shower. The kitchen would get a 5 star rating, equipped with all that one would need to prepare food after a day of work, missing nothing. Living room has a good couch, that could also be used as additional bed. Apartment is serviced regularly from the Host, and we are looked after in case of any need. I can only recommend it to all who would like to stay at a very ideal place.

The apartment is super equipped. Everything is new. (Partly not quite there :)) The spacious bathroom with open shower was wonderful. Also, that the toilet was a separate room, I noticed. Great sunrises can be experienced. Separate entrance. Great double bed. Clear rules :) Gladly again!

A very nice place to stay and it is very easy to visit the local attractions, like Badewelt Sinsheim, Auto-Technik Museum or Bad Wimpfen.

Super prepared apartment, stayed 2 nights due to the Sinsheim thermal baths. Super price performance ratio. Everything was available in the apartment and well furnished. Great cleanliness.

Bea & Tobi have a very great apartment which was ideal for us as a starting point for the Thermenwelt Sinsheim. The apartment is spacious, modern and newly furnished and was super clean. All necessary information about the check in we received directly after the booking. This was thanks to key box even late at night still possible. We'll be back!
