Former shoemaker's workshop as a functional apartment in Kirchheim. On the ground floor (about 24 m²) there is a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bedroom is on the upper floor (about 12 m²) with sloping ceilings. Due to the historical building structure, the historical windows on the ground floor have been preserved. The ascent from the ground floor to the bedroom on the upper floor is via a staircase (space-saving staircase). A small seating area is available on the courtyard side. Barbecue and garden use on request.
