Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

House entirely designed for couples who want to come and relax together in a relaxation area with private hot tub and sauna. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, close to downtown Châteaudun. King-size bed, linens, towels, bathrobes and slippers provided. Equipped kitchen and connected TV (Netflix from your account). Special requests (Champagne, decoration, candles) are subject to an additional cost, please let us know in advance.

Willow cabin by the river

This waterfront cabin surrounded by other fishermen's cabins is entirely made of wood. It is completely energy self-sufficient by solar panels for 1 to 4 people and will allow you to reconnect with nature or with yourself... It includes the living room, water view with a sofa bed, a wood stove, a sink with drinking water and cold only, a gas stove, a shower (pressure shower system), a dry toilet, a mezzanine with a 160 bed.

Your stay may be an opportunity to watch our cows being milked, and why not, bottle feed the little ones. We are located in the heart of various hiking trails, for which we can guide you.
