The old mill

Old oil mill turned dwelling house at the entrance to the village. Independent house with enclosed courtyard, 38m2 terrace and 40m2 sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor (air conditioning): open-plan kitchen/living room and terrace, living room, and half bath. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a large walk-in closet and fans, as well as a bathroom (walk-in shower and 150-cm bathtub) + a toilet. The renovated attic (with air conditioning) offers a large space with 2 single beds and/or a 180-cm bed.

A 20 min de la vallée du Rhône (Tournon, Tain l'Hermitage et sa cité du chocolat valrona), 40 min de Valence. Proche du mastrou et de son vélo rail. Nombreuses randonnées.
