Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and authentic farmhouse dating back to the 17th century located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany. The apartment is impeccably furnished in the traditional local style of old Tuscany: ancient wooden beams, terracotta floors, and unique furniture. In the large outdoor courtyard, you'll find a large swimming pool on a panoramic terrace at your disposal, overlooking the valley with breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Only for nature lovers. The ancient organic Pieve di Caminino farm is an important historical site: a former medieval parish church built at the intersection of two Roman roads, it hosted two saints (the 12th-century church is now a private museum, which can be visited by guests by appointment). Today it covers 200 hectares of fenced private property, located on a panoramic hill. Seven accommodations share an estate with a swimming pool (seasonal), two ponds, a centenary olive grove, vineyard and a cork forest.

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

Casa Bonari is a single-level independent apartment inside a villa at the foot of Monticchiello. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living room. The rooms are bright and furnished in Tuscan style, with old restored family furniture combined with contemporary elements. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is surrounded on all sides by a large garden, so that all rooms boast a beautiful view of the countryside.
