Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

The bright 90 sqm apartment in the south of Hamburg has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with one 160 x 200 cm bed each, bathroom (incl. hair dryer), guest toilet and a south/west terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and coffee maker, toaster, kettle. In the living room, there is a 42" TV and a small HiFi system. Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

The apartment was newly renovated/redesigned in 2023. In the past, this heritage-protected building was a stable. As a result, the building has a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.
