Noel is a gracious, generous and incredibly helpful Host. He communicated everything succinctly in order to make my check in as easy And self-explanatory as possible.

Noel’s home is a beautifully renovated home of which he has put time into with a lot of nice touches. He communicates well and pays attentions to his guests, offering interactive time with all or allowing quiet time to those who choose it. He’s the kind of host that goes above and beyond if he needs to. Comfortable bed, slept peacefully. I shall return.

Definitely in the top 10 of my AirBNB experiences. We are dreaming of full-time RVing one day and so we decided to stay in this travel trailer for 9 nights to try out the lifestyle. Yessika and Ed are amazing hosts, very responsive, answered all of our questions, and helped with any RV issues we had while there. The travel trailer is cozy and comfortable with lots of storage. Everything we needed for the stay was available including a kitchen with pots, pans, plates, etc. Very comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. Our dogs loved the travel trailer and a wonderful backyard. There is also an amazing dog park just a short walk away. Yessika and Ed even checked on our dogs some days so we were able to spend a day checking out Ybor City and downtown Tampa.

This was an excellent, secure space! It was affordable and clean. I loved having access to a washer and dryer, Netflix, and an awesome screened-in back porch with precious string lights. It made for a great space to relax in.

Frank’s place is a very quiet stay for business travelers as he anticipates the reciprocated respect. He knows we all work hard and arrive tired. If they are available, then a good conversation, short and sweet, always is fun as I eat my bought dinner at the kitchen counter, a family feel. I like to make sure they are always doing good. Loved hearing their recent travel stories as they visited Cuba! To me, when I am able to stay with them, meaning Frank and his wife, it’s a “home away from home!”

Elaine was really sweet, she does speak very little English, however. Best to use a translator like Microsoft translator, unless you speak Spanish of course!

Frank’s home is a friendly, quiet, beautiful home of which I try to stay at when available to me. Immaculate and quiet. I shall return.

I wish I could have stayed longer! This was my first experience using Airbnb. It proved to be well beyond my expectations! I would stay at Frank and Elaine's property again in a heartbeat! They even put a bottle of water in the ice cold refrigerator in the room!

There is also a Publix right down the street from his house. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Chloe and Jim have been absolutely amazing to us! We are incredibly grateful for their hospitality and kindness during my Uncle’s stay. I would refer them and their rental to anyone again and again!

This is my 2nd time staying at this location as it is perfectly located to my family's house. It's quiet, peaceful, private, very clean and well-appointed. Very close to a few conveniences like CVS and some fast food. I will most likely be back yet again!

Everything we needed was provided and the private space was key. Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities was great. Overall very homey and quaint! Linda and Bob were kind and so helpful. They provided a grill with everything we needed to cook outdoors. GREAT LOCATION to many restaurants and for the main reason for our visit! You will NOT be dissapointed, so much better than a hotel.

Great space with lots of extra touches from the hosts! House features a Roku TV which is always helpful in being able to login to your own accounts and catch up on shows, etc at night. We loved everything about our stay. We were down for spring training and could easily get to a number of the ballparks!

Charming little one bedroom cottage in a convenient location just off of Hwy 60. Close to everything we needed and lots of little extras. Clean, comfy and several little extra touches that make it our home away from home.

My wife and I wanted a quiet weekend and here we found it. Joshua's hospitality goes beyond what we expected. He kindly recommended places, showed us his home and always answered our questions with a smile. His house has a swimming pool and a huge area to enjoy it. My favorite area was the area where the fridge and coffee maker are on the second floor. A quiet and perfect place to read, drink coffee or just be at peace. The fridge had drinks that kindly gave us for our enjoyment. Coffee, sugar, cream, cups were never missing because he always replenished the used ones. The room is large, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom always had clean towels. He always asked us if we needed anything. Joshua gives you the opportunity to be in private but if you want to have a pleasant conversation, you can count on him. My wife and I recommend your house 100%. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Wished we had more time to enjoy their home. The beds were super comfortable, appreciate how responsive they were to messages, and the outdoor area was so wonderful. After a long day of driving, it was so nice to just relax and lay in the hammock watching the sunset. If we were in the area again would definitely hope to stay in this home.

Moe and his wife were excellent hosts to my mother and I. Their home was perfect for us to use for the weekend. It’s conveniently located near Brandon where we attended a wedding. We will keep their place in mind for future Florida trips! The House was super clean, beds were comfortable, and shower had great water pressure.

This was a very quaint and peaceful stay. They were very kind and hospitable and we were able to get to know the hosts pretty well also. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house because we were touring the city, but we really enjoyed the comfort of the beds and having a clean home away from home to come to. The Jacuzzi out back is not heated, for anyone who might assume as much from the picture. Also, be sure to pack your own shampoo and condition. They don't have that listed as an amenity on their part, but I missed that part and forgot to bring some. Momenul is very kind and willing to work with you if you have any questions or concerns. He is pretty quick to respond to any questions you might have, and if you like to get to know your hosts a little while you are there, he is very friendly and wiling to sit out with you for an evening chat. Traveling is about making friends. If you are respectful and responsible and friendly, then this is a great place to stay.

My girlfriend and I had a great time over the weekend, room had everything we needed. Bathroom right off of the bedroom was perfect. Private entrance was in a convenient location and had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.

I will definitely stop looking for a place if you trying to save money and stay in a safe place to visit Tampa or Brandon ,very quiet neighborhood and the hosts are like if they are not there ,very respectful people .

You can expect absolute privacy and hospitality. Respect and communication are the first of many great attributes Josef and Daniela's display. Their concern and home combined created a peace of mind which isn't found in many places. Not for one second were my cousin and I out of place, uncomfortable or walking on eggshells. Highly recommend

Just spent almost a month here -was a perfect place for quiet and lots of privacy on lanai. Home is close to any shopping you might want and only minutes from Apollo and Ruskin beaches. Highly recommend as this comfortable home checks all boxes for a home away from home.

The house is very large and spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Sofa and king size bed very comfortable. All the equipment (washing / drying machines / dishes, blender, oven, microwave) worked perfectly. The residence is quiet and well maintained. Small pond in front of the house with turtles. Randy recommended some very nice places. I completely recommend this accommodation.

We arrived to Tampa early and Randy was nice allowing us to check in early, so we can drop luggage. Quick to respond messages. The house is nice and neighborhood is quiet.

It was a pleasure to stayed at Anthony's place. My mom, sister, and I decided to go see a Spring Training game, but wanted to explore Tampa too. Anthony made us you feel like home. He not only gave us some treats, but gave us a few recommendations. The house is in a great location (closed to shops and restaurants). My family is already thinking of coming back next year.

Cozy and quiet location. Very easy to find and the room entry is right next to the front door so getting in and out was a breeze. She had a mini fridge and coffee/water/tea ready to go. The bedroom was like a tiny hotel room with everything you needed.

The property is located in a very nice community. Access and privacy were very acceptable. Lawson responded promptly to all questions and concerns pertaining to my stay.

My stay at Lawson place was nothing less than amazing. It was my home away from home. I booked my stay for one month and ended up staying two. The amenities there are amazing. He gives you access to everything including the washer and dryer, WiFi, you name it! I highly recommend this host, and if I had to choose again I’d choose Lawson’s place .

I enjoyed staying at this lovely home which was not only comfortable and modern but sparkling clean and a short Uber trip to most places. Furthermore, I really appreciated the lovely hospitality provided by both Jacqueline and her husband Elio who offered help. guidance of the area and some lovely conversation. The bed was so nice for a bed away from home and the pillow was just perfect. The touches in the bathroom were lovely with my favourite soap supplied as well as plenty of high quality towels. I would definitely love to stay here again when back in Tampa.

Very clean room, the hosts are super nice they waited until 1am to greet me when I flew in from airport. They give you your privacy and have a beautiful apartment. Room was super clean, great pool area, walking distance or a quick Lyft ride to a lot in the area. The cutest RV we’ve ever stayed in!! The entire place was SUPER CLEAN and modern, not like most outdated RVs. We had everything we needed for an entire week and didn’t have a single problem! There’s no need to pay for a hotel when you can stay at Heather’s place for less than half the price!

The Glamper is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Heather responds quickly if you need to contact her with a question or concern. The neighborhood is mice and has a big dog park.

Wonderful stay! I was in town for an interview and just needed a quick night stay. Jackie’s AirBnB is a room inside their condo and was an exceptional value. The room was neat and tidy and had a very comfortable bed. It was a pretty quiet complex and I had no problems getting a good night sleep. Plenty of parking spots and they are really well labeled. Very sweet family, would happily stay again!

As advertised, great place to crash for the night. Jacky doesn’t speak much English, but her son can translate very well and so can her husband. Adorable family! Make sure you ask for gate code as it’s a gated condo, you will have to enter # followed by the 4key number she will provide. I would recommend this place to everyone!
