And if you also give "our Annie" some attention, she or one of her sisters will reward you with a delicious fresh egg!

Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the heart of Breda. 500 meters from the center of Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays, (romantic) weekend getaway and suitable for children and the disabled. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The sofa can be used as a double bed, but the most pleasant stay is with 5 people + 1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the host, who will show you the apartment and explain everything. This luxury apartment is located on a botanical garden in the center of Breda. It features a large bedroom, a double sofa bed, an 8-person dining table, a new bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find numerous restaurants and stores. The building has a movie theater and a lunch café. In front of the building is a large, green park, making it wonderfully quiet.

This studio has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, combi oven-microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a 4-burner induction hob. Also an airconditioner (split-unit), dining table with 4 chairs, Qled 55" SmartTV, boxspring double bed (can be separated), bathroom with shower and toilet and WiFi. In connection with the location please take the neighborhoods into account and for protection there is a security camera in the public hallway. Also no visitors allowed unless consulted with the owner.

Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.
