Newly renovated, beautiful apartment close to Odense (17 km). The apartment is located in quiet and rural surroundings close to large recreational area with swimming lake. Shopping opportunities approx. 4 km and public transport approx. 2 km. The property is 38 sqm and is located on the 1st floor and has an outdoor staircase with a private entrance. The kitchen/family room is well-equipped and has a dining area and sofa. Bathroom with shower. In the bedroom is also a desk. Nature comes all the way into the apartment, and tranquility is interrupted only by birdsong and the wind in the trees.
