Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Our cozy apartment(approx.40sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, bathroom with shower, and bedroom. The whole apartment is equipped with floor heating. Wardrobes for wardrobe are available. In summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal barbecue ) offers time to relax, or you can simply enjoy the beautiful view.
