Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

House also suitable for long stays, equipped with every comfort for remote work: wifi, workstation, fireplace, independent heating. With ancient charm and modern comfort, furnished with family furniture, in a secluded corner of the historic center. The rooms are spacious and with special ceilings, called "star", typical of ancient architecture. The internal stairs are steep. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and, due to its quirks, groups of boys.
