A brand new dublex on the last floor of a newly built apartment building. Just 50m away from a sandy beach with sunbeds. A quiet and not overdeveloped neighborhood with restaurants and shops within walking distance.
“A house on two levels connected by an external staircase to the top floor of a building with a spectacular view of the sea of Valona. Elevator present except for the last flight of stairs. The apartment consists of a living area with kitchen and double bed on the first floor and a bathroom with access from the terrace and a staircase for the outdoor penthouse where we find a king size double bed and if necessary a single use sofa bed with a bathroom and a terrace equipped with wonderful loungers. The kitchen is equipped in the right place and the shops for shopping are nearby.”
L'appartamento e un spledido monolocale. Con un divano letto e tutto il necesario per un gradevole soggiorno. La casa si trova all' ottavo piano di un palazzo vicino al porto di Valona. This flat has a comfortable sofa bed, a new kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the center of the city, close to the harbor of Vlora. You can find near good restaurants, caffe bar, shops.
“Bledi was a host that was attentive to the needs of its guests. Immediate check-in upon arrival. The apartment is located in a very central area. Palazzo a bit fetiscente, but always better than many others in the area. This is a great studio for a couple of guys. It presents a unique environment with a sofa bed (very comfortable) and kitchen. A small veranda where you can have breakfast and a fairly large bathroom (the only uncomfortable note: the shower without a towel that makes the floor wet ... but just put two rugs and it's done!). The house has all the necessary services: towels, sheets, blankets, pots, crockery, shower gel, detergents, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning, fan etc ... Exceptional experience. Thanks for everything!”
Our brand new studio is located uphill in the greatest part of Vlora, "Uji i Ftohte" neighborhood. It takes only few minutes walk to reach the beach area (not more than 200 m uphill) as well as the fancy restaurants, bars and best pubs of the "Vlora Lungomare". The studio is fully equipped and everything needed for a joy full stay is there, included TV with Netflix. You can enjoy a very nice view of the Vlora Bay, especially during the sunset. As my guest you can count on my full support.
“Amazing small place enough for two persons, it was really clean and comfortable, everynight i slept for 10 hours because i never felt more comfortable on a bed, the bathroom was really clean, nice balcon with a bit view of the sea, the room was really nice decorated. We had a really nice welcome from the old lady, and a warm goodbye from Olta, definitely coming back again.”
