Quiet house / pool / sauna / unobstructed view!

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

Quiet self-catering apartment

Quiet, nice apartment on the ground floor of a villa composed of a private entrance with veranda, one bedroom with desk and wardrobe, shower room and equipped kitchen. Close to all services (supermarkets, restaurants, swimming pool...). You can discover our very beautiful region near the Val de Sioule, Charroux and the chain of Puys. 30 minutes from Clermont-Fd and 15 minutes from Vichy.
