Great location, clean, comes with all the amenities you'd need and Regina and Rhys are wonderful host, providing tips on local places to check out. They didn't hesitate to make sure I had everything I needed and that my stay was excellent. 10/10...would recommend! Overall excellent value!

The Urban cabin was perfect. Cozy, charming with use of hot tub and yoga studio. Quiet, walkable neighbourhood with plenty of on street parking. Regina’s suggestions for things to do locally were great!! Irwin’s bakery was an awesome gathering place just a short walk from the cabin. 45th St offered lots of dining choices. Our very favourite was the Urban Saloon. Good pub food and bartender Aaron was a wealth of tourist, brewery and sushi information. Thanks Regina. We would happily stay with you again.

Nice little cozy place, very well kept. Hot tub was fun. The only thing we thought was missing was a tv. Everything was beautiful, and private. Very good communication.

This place is cute, quaint, and is located in a fantastic neighborhood of Seattle. Street parking was very easy and accessible as this neighborhood is not directly downtown. About a 10-15 drive downtown, but their neighborhood has tons of restaurants and local shops to explore. The space was comfortable, and the hot tub was very enjoyable! I would definitely be staying here again in the near future.

This was our second time staying at Gillian and Tony’s place. We were so happy to see that it was available when we needed to take a trip to Seattle. We look forward to staying here again in the future! The place is beautiful, in a great location, and parking is easy because of the included parking pass. Gillian and Tony are very easy to communicate with and have provided an excellent and affordable place to stay in Seattle!

it’s always a joy to call sky cabin home base while in the seattle area. i believe this to have been my fourth or fifth stay and each time it brings me immense joy. thoughtful touches such as poetry books to peruse, binoculars to take in the view and kind host communications were the highlights of this visit. i look forward to returning again soon.

This place exceeded our expectations. Located in a great neighborhood, easily walkable to numerous restaurants and bars. The loft itself was cozy, clean and full of character! Not to mention the great views!

I found this AirBnB to be in the perfect North Seattle location. It felt so warm and cozy when I arrived. The space was super clean, and had everything I needed for my brief stay. The owners communicated promptly and clearly. I appreciated the parking, and the easy self check-in and check out. I did not meet the hosts, but it was nice to know that they were right upstairs if I had needed anything. Thank you so much!

Fern's place is clean, private and full of amenities. She responds promptly and is welcoming. The place was clean and nice. Guests have their own entrance with code so it's very private which is highly appreciated (especially for us introverts). There were a lot of amenities as well which rivals any hotel. I highly recommend staying at Fern's place.

Nice quiet stay in a residential area

Wow. The photos of this place are nice, which is why we chose it, but the reality is even better. We’ve stayed in four different rentals in our visits to the Seattle area, and this is far and away our favorite. We are a family of five, and the two bedrooms fit us perfectly. All three kids were easily accommodated in the one room that has both a queen bed and a fold-down sofa. The kitchen is awesome. The dining table is beautiful. The bathroom’s waterfall shower and claw foot tub is the best of both worlds. The nook desk is nook-ing perfect. As long as you can navigate the steep stairs and inclined street parking, i.e. people with mobility challenges might not enjoy this location based entirely on its natural geography, then this place is highly recommended.

Lindsay’s home is conveniently close to Fremont and Wallingford but far enough away that it’s peaceful and quiet. Her home has comfortable furniture and beds, modern appliances, and tremendous style. Lindsay communicates excellently and we had no issues whatsoever with any part of the check in process or during our stay. She is a model Airbnb host and I would absolutely stay in her home again.

Came here for a weekend getaway. Was not disappointed! A great recommendation for a stay for anyone visiting Seattle.

We Loved our stay at Lindsay’s! They really thought of everything with adequate necessities! From the bright paint on the outside to the unique fixtures and decor on the inside there’ a lot of character and the place was simply Amazing and you can tell they put a lot of work into make it a place guest can feel at home in. Directions and communications was also very easy to understand! In the place, there are notes posted about Check-IN/OUT, where things are(extra blankets, towels and etc.) how to work things, WIFI password and etc. My Fiancé, myself and son stayed here and it was easy to feel at home and still have our traditional family time like such as we do in our home in Hawaii such as cooking at home on Sunday. There were so many spices to choose from, pots/pans, silverware and everything we needed! Afterwards we played 2 of the many games available:) Monopoly and Apples to Apples! Lindsay was always available in a timely manner through Air BnB and I would def recommend and stay here again, it made our First trip to Seattle Amazing!

My stay was excellent, Jeffrey went above and beyond to make sure our trip was as good as possible. The hot tub and sauna were a huge plus. The place was nicely decorated and spotless.

My favorite Airbnb getaway in Seattle, I live right down the street but frequently book stays here because of house relaxing and amazing the stay is. The hot tub is super modern and high quality, no need to wait for pre heat it’s always ready to get in. The sauna is the most unique feature I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb stay in this price range. The location is great and the amenities from the espresso machine to folded robes make it a place I don’t want to leave! The host was super kind and even allowed an early check in for me and my girlfriend.

This. Place. Is. AMAZING! Very clean. Our stay was relaxing, comfortable and entirely private. The home was above and beyond anything we expected. Pure bliss, from the sauna and hot tub, to the essential oils and yoga mats. I’m sad we had to leave. Jeffrey was warm in his communications and very accommodating. The only Seattle air bnb that can make traveling with 3 jet lagged kids under 5 still feel like a vacation! Have stayed here before and would again in a heartbeat. Everything is perfect.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Spa Retreat. Jeffrey was easy to communicate with and met us upon arrival to show us around and explain the features of the space. We loved the hot tub, provided coffee and bottle of wine, and a well appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the robes and sandals provided were a lovely touch. We had trouble wanting to leave the space but also enjoyed exploring the local neighborhood with Jeffrey's suggestions. Very comfortable and a great spot in the city.

Jeffrey's place is awesome! We spent a girls-only weekend there and couldn't have chosen a better place. Everything was perfect and had a special touch: make-up remove wipes in the bathroom, Nespresso coffee capsules for the whole stay, wine glasses, hottub robes and slippers. He was super flexible with the check-in time which helped us so much. This place is 10 out of 10.

This place is great! It’s a cheap Lyft ride from downtown Seattle, located in a beautiful neighborhood. The place was kept very warm and cozy. Pete responded quickly to all of my messages, and was flexible with checking in and out. I would recommend staying here for sure!

A very satisfactory medical examination, the house is beautifully designed, detailed, clean and tidy, and the decorations are very attentive and intimate. There are also hair dryers, electric combs, and cooking oil, salt, sauce, and vinegar. I am very satisfied.

What an amazing spot located just up the hill from Woodinville’s wine country! We only stayed for one night, but enjoyed this beautiful, cozy and private space. The Carriage House has all the amenities you could need for a relaxing getaway, including a comfortable bed, a kitchenette stocked with dishes, and a huge couch to sink into and read a book. Can’t wait to come back in the future for a longer stay!

A beautiful, quiet spot right in the middle of Woodinville wineries. We were within five minutes of The Herbfarm, where we had reservations and plenty of other great restuarants. Of course, dozens of wineries and tasing rooms were equally close by. This was also our kickoff to a cross country road trip, so really appreciated the comfy bed and quality amenities. Smit ensured we had relaxing night before a long adventure. Next time we're anywhere near Seattle, we'll be back!

We were in town for just a quick overnight visit to pick up our wine at a release party and visit our daughter. The Carriage House was perfect! Literally 5 minutes or less from all the wineries and tasting rooms, the location is fantastic for wine tasting get-aways. The cottage is just the right size for a romantic weekend and while close to wine and restaurants, is in a pretty, wooded neighborhood on the hill above town. The bed is super comfortable and the bed linens are good quality. The couch is large and comfy - my daughter hung out with us for the evening and we didn't feel at all overcrowded. The property is gated and fully fenced, so I was able to let me dog meander the field adjacent to the cottage off-leash. The resident dog is sweet and super friendly and loves to visit with the guests. They have chickens on the little farm and the owners had left fresh eggs from their chickens in the cottage's little fridge! Love! The owners, Smit and Trae, live next to the cottage and are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I'm sure we will be back!

Constance’s apartment is a wonderful homebase for exploring Woodinville. It’s cozy, super clean, and very spacious. The bathroom is huge and we were even able to put a crib in there. 10/10!

This home and property is beautiful! We had a comfortable stay and no complaints! We really enjoyed the serene quiet setting of the land and just wish it didn't happen to be so snowy while we were there so we could have enjoyed walking by the stream a bit more. The homeowners were quick to reply to any questions and were helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area. And while we didn't end up using the barn, it's a great space for a small gathering. I could see having a small wedding or birthday party here. We'll be back again, I'm sure.

This was probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Very clean and many small thoughtful/homey touches. Loved the sauna, how quiet/peaceful it was, and how lovely of a stay it was overall. Katie and Jim were friendly and accommodating to my individual needs, which I appreciate so much. The dahlias were gorgeous, and so were their dogs, Eddie and Shadow—such kind and gentle spirits. I would be happy stay again in the future. EMF sensitive people might note: there was no detectable wifi signal (hooray!). Cell signal is sufficient to do whatever you might need to, incl. streaming video, for example.

You won’t regret booking some time at this tiny house in duvall. Jim and Katie are as friendly as they come, and the property and tiny house are just perfect. The town has all kinds of cute/delicious restaurants and stores, and good access to Woodinville wine tasting as well. Highly recommend!

It was our first experience in a tiny home while visiting our grandson nearby. Jim & Katie gave us an experience that is hard to beat. The tiny house is simply beautiful, extremely well designed, comfortable, very clean, and having all the gorgeous flowers in bloom out our windows was an added bonus. A beautiful tiny home located on a beautiful farm! It was a lovely experience!

Katie was a fabulous host to a lovely home! Our meet-n-greet was brief, but she welcomed us warmly, sharing with us information about their farm and giving us tips on the local eats to experience. The THOW exceeded our expectations. The use of natural wood in the interior, the abundant amount of windows letting light and the rural-like aesthetic of the design really helped "open up" the space and gave it a homey sentiment. (We didn't want to leave.) The bed was cozy and the skylights made for some spectacular nighttime views. All-in-all, Dimitra and I were in love with the space and had a great experience. A must-see for anyone considering going "tiny" in the future, or simply looking for a peaceful retreat .

This was a very last minute book at the end of our vacation as we just weren't ready to go home yet, and we are SO glad we found Lynda's place!! It was exactly the right size for 2 adults and our 2 teenagers (13 and 14) the camper had everything we needed, including a super detailed binder with a very helpful guide to the surrounding area. We thought the only thing missing was a hand towel....but we just hadn't checked ALL the cupboard. The kids wanted to have a fire, when I messaged Lynda about it she appeared at the door not 5 minutes later to give me a hand with the awning and gave us some extra chairs. Thank you so much for a great experience Lynda.

Me and my girlfriends had a great girls night after Black Friday! We put our feet up, watched movies, and played with the board games that were provided!

We had a wonderful, memorable stay in the RV. Lynda is incredibly communicative and accommodating, and the RV was very cozy and clean. I’d for sure book again for my next stay in Woodinville.

This tiny house has been thoughtfully built to make it feel like a much larger space. I could easily stay with a couple friends (as long as we don’t have giant suitcases.) We had a staycation of sorts for a dinner at the Herbfarm and wanted an affordable place to stay for the weekend. Fallon's space was lovely and nicely laid out. Extra comfy with cute details and amenities. I did have a little challenge when walking in heels to and from the car since there are loose stones but just had to be a little careful. The location is wonderful as it's close to the Woodinville wineries, restaurants and distilleries and on top of a great price given how expensive the limited hotel rooms can be. We would definitely recommend Fallon's space!

I needed a place to stay after an event in Woodinville and this was a great choice. Comfortable, nice touches, privacy, easy check in/out. It felt like staying at a friend of a friend’s house. A good option if you’re exploring the local wineries/distilleries.

First time in a tiny house and it was a lovely experience. The space was stylish and modern. Location was quiet which I loved. Wish I was here during a warmer time to enjoy the bench swing and read outside. Tiara was quick to respond during communication. The kitchen and amenities were great for light cooking. My only feedback is I would have liked short curtains for the glass front door. The house is behind a parking area and a fence, but the curtains for extra privacy would be nice.

At Arminas’s place you can count on a beautiful landscape, a welcoming environment, all the amenities of home, and conversation if you like. Sleeping is quiet and warm and a private bathroom. Communication is quick and accurate, plenty of parking... I could could go on and on bottom line is I loved it.

Vilia and Arminas are wonderful host’s. The best air bnb experience I’ve had. Vilia is the kindest woman and made sure my stay was more than okay. The location is beautiful and convenient. If you need a quite get a way, Arminas and Vilia is the place to stay! Plus not far from the city. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I would love to come back my next visit!

Great location near the 522/405 but in leafy suburb. Our first stay in a genuine vintage geodesic dome, room small but quite comfortable. Grounds amazing - house is surrounded by the most beautiful natural food and flower gardens, which Vilia tends lovingly and expertly. Hosts Armenas and Vilia both warm and unobtrusive, very thoughtful. A lovely stay.

I stayed with Arminas and Vilia for over one month. Other than being wonderful hosts, they are both beautiful people. They were willing to help me out with anything they could, and I cannot overstate the extent of their generosity. Their house is clean, in a great location, and has a beautiful view. I never felt unsafe. I stayed at their house while I was finding a more permanent residence in the Seattle area, so I was working at this time as well. One of the things I was initially wary of with a shared residence AirBnB was that I would feel pressure to socialize if I just wanted to relax. Some days I'd come home and socialize, but other days I would just come back and rest. I felt no pressure to act one way or the other because they just let me have my own flow, which I really appreciated. On the occasions that I did want to chat, I had a few wonderful conversations. These are two fun, smart, and joyful people. I don't know many others that could compare to their kindness. Thank you Vilia and Arminas!

Chis and his wife are so wonderful. This cabin is set in a quiet rural setting perfect place to stay off the beaten path.

Chic and his wife Lana are absolute wonderful human beings. They have become my family away from home while I’m here in Washington. Lana is an exceptionally good cook and Chic makes sure the place is always welcoming. I could not recommend their spaces and them as people enough!

Very clean. A great stay!

I rented the house for Thanksgiving and had family and friends to dinner. The space is amazing and the kitchen was huge. I loved cooking along with my son and his fiancée and not tripping other each other. The oven was a learning curve but the host was totally available to help me figure it out. Plenty of refrigerator space and a pantry to store stuff out of the way. I also like that there was a bar area - it kept guests out of the kitchen. We made use of the hot tub in the early mornings and before bed. Very relaxing. Also, they ask that guests remove shoes, but for a few of my elderly guests, this was hard. Also hard for me as I’ve been recovering from foot surgery and really should never not have a shoe on (unless asleep of course). Floors were chilly so I would have packed slippers. Loved the master shower and tub. Would love to see an updated shower curtain. Also saw some deer in the early morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the visit was very peaceful and relaxing. Very close to downtown Woodenville which was convenient

Justin was super flexible and saved our night. I booked the wrong night on accident and at 8pm at night Justin scrambled to help us out and get the place ready for us even though it was my fault. Justin is awesome and so is his tiny house.

Justin and his wife are generous, friendly, accommodating and responsive! Just about the perfect hosts! As for the tiny, it’s cute, comfy, warm and fun! Dog friendly which was a plus. There’s also a great dog park down the road on 240th that we used every day! Will plan to return when I’m next in the area!!

Anuj's home was perfect for what we needed for a girl's trip with my mom and sister. We were right near all our favorite wineries and it was a perfect fit for 3 people. Lots of space and privacy, and easily accessed for check-in. We also really enjoyed all the soaps, coffee, and added extra touches! Anuj was also very friendly and great with communication! We would definitely stay here again!

My second stay at Anuj's place was just as lovely. His communication is wonderful and I was actually able to check in a little early which was helpful. I highly recommend their place. Thanks again for a great stay and welcome!

This was truly one of the best AirBnb's I have had the pleasure of staying in. They have thought of many little touches that add to your stay. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have had at an AirBnb, including the pillows! This is so much better than a hotel! Comfy couches, lovely windows for natural light and very quiet. The shower is amazing too! There is no kitchen, just a microwave, coffee maker and frig but there are many opportunities for great food within 5 to 10 minutes away including a Haagen grocery store with everything. A few things to note: you do have walk down a stone walkway to get to your private suite. Not a place for pulling luggage along. The Woodinville High School is in their backyard, but a sweet forest is in-between so I didn't notice it as a distraction. You will truly enjoy your stay here! Thanks again Mallory and Anuj ;)

Anuj’s place is right off of the freeway but tucked away into a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and full of amenities! Tv, laptop, very comfortable bed, coffeemaker, etc, etc. They let me check in early! Very good hosts! Will stay again.

Anuj's place is well located for a trip to the Woodinville wineries because it is well-located, clean, and reasonably priced. The suite was well-suited and comfortable for our group of three people. The listing was spotless! It was also easy to communicate with Anuj via the airbnb messages. Their responses were prompt and very accommodating. Lastly, we appreciated the "in case you forgot" toiletries underneath the bathroom sink. Highly recommend this listing.

It was a great place to crash after Teatro ZinZanni! I loved. The space was very thoughtfully set up. They provided all sorts of charging cables, and the bedside lamps had usb ports. There was snacks and coffee, a toaster. Everything clearly laid out and easy to find. We parked right up next to the private entry, which was nice because it was a rainy night! I loved the sky lights and windows that looked out at beautiful mossy trees. Ooh! I can’t forget the sauna, that was an extra special treat! I was intimidated at first, but the instructions were very clear on how to use it. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very cute room, great for a couple or family of 3. Temo and Brice provided lots of nice touches-complimentary snacks, beverages, and coffee pods. They also switched out the down comforter with a down alternative for our son’s allergies. The bed was really comfortable. This was a great location for us to access Redmond, Kirkland, and Seattle!

I really enjoyed my time here. Minutes from wine country in Woodinville, nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees, it was a peaceful haven. There was plenty of room and I appreciated the hypo-allergenically washed sheets. The skylights add lots of light even on dark, cloudy days, and it was nice to have a selection of movies to watch. There’s a separate drive/parking place and a private entrance. Although I didn’t meet the hosts in person, they were very considerate and responsive to messages. The sauna looks really nice, though I didn’t get around to trying it, and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. They also provided some drinks and snacks. All around, this is a great place to stay!

Very thoughtful and tastefully done. This place has a cedar sauna in the unit! They also have essential oils to use in the sauna. The best was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in years. They haven’t left out any details. Great value & very attentive. I can’t wait to get back to Woodinville to stay with Temo & Brice again.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Redmond! Mohit and Angel were wonderful and their space was perfect. We loved that they had an acoustic guitar! We would book here again if we were in the area. Great value and comfortable space.

Mohit has a lovely downstairs apartment space, which has been renovated with wood walls in such a way that it feels like a cozy cabin. Lots of space, very comfortable beds, very quiet. A perfect stay for us as my son visited DigiPen. Excellent value! Thank you!

This is an excellent Airbnb! Kind hosts, very comfortable, spacious, comfortable bed and very clean. Moreover, located in very nice and calm neighbourhood situated within walking distance from Down Town Redmond, which offers an array of shops and excellent restaurants and great public transport to Bellevue and Seattle via bus. Will definitely stay again when in Redmond 👍

Mohit's place is beautiful. It is not far from the city a 30min drive.. with gorgeous views. Its by far the best stay we stayed. The space is super clean, it was always nice to come back after a long day, place was kept warm and clean. The host was super nice and helpful. We felt welcome and as if was home. Thank you so much!

Andrea is an excellent host. Love the comfort of the room, the convenience of the location, and her hospitality. The room was super clean. Andrea even changed the towel after a couple of days. Very nice of her. I will highly recommend this place.

I had a great 3-week stay with Andrea. She is kind and friendly but also gives you your space. The room where I stayed was comfortable and just the right amount of space. During my long stay, I was able to use the kitchen and cook, and to store things in the cupboard/fridge. A great place to stay!

Hamish's place is a perfect location with easy access to wine country in Woodinville and other locations on the East side of Lake Washington. I want to keep it a secret however so I can get in and stay whenever I visit the area.

Very clean and organized place! Me and my girlfriend went out of town for her birthday weekend and it was a perfect getaway. House was a 10/10 along with outdoors. Would love to stay again !

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a sweet little get away at Todd’s place. It was a perfect drive to Snowqualmie mountain and a little over two hour drive to Crystal mountain We absolutely loved the outdoors and went on a few walks around the property. This place had the perfect privacy by a nice lake in the back. Will definitely be booking again!

The Zen Lakes Lookout and Waterfront are both love letters to Frank Lloyd Wright. The structure itself was built with form in mind. Just try to find an angle to look at the structure where it doesn’t take your breath away. The property itself has been described as an ecological masterpiece and I absolutely have to agree. I haven’t found a better Airbnb experience for the money in all of Washington State. Will be returning.

Beautiful, sparkling clean place. Looks like it’s a newer home, spacious living, dining and kitchen. Clean rooms, everything as expected. One small warning - One full Bathroom is shared in among multiple bedrooms so depending on no of guests it may get busy. They do have one common half bathroom downstairs. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Very cozy stay nestled in a magically serene location. While the setting was the main attraction, we also found the eclectic library of books and music quite pleasing to explore. John’s recommendations and hospitality were spot on and their dog is quite the sweetheart! Recommended.

This was the perfect staycay for a first anniversary. The location is about 10 min from all of the best tasting rooms and we Uber'd to and from everything. The cottage is cute and quaint and the hot tub was the icing on top of the cake! Oh-and John is just an absolute peach and very accommodating. :)

John's place in Woodinville is absolutely incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake, kayaks, hot tub, a kind and thoughtful host. Will definitely come back on our next trip to the area.

The photos don't do it justice. There's so much love put into the property and the view is gorgeous. The hosts are kind, available, and give you privacy. We particularly enjoyed jumping in the lake and the hot tub.

Our stay at John and Beth's was much better than we could have imagined! The space was super clean and cozy, and the couple's hospitality was unparalleled. Though the views look lovely in the summer time images John has posted, the frozen lake in the winter time was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend.

John's place was absolutely beautiful! Great views and immaculately clean. John was extremely gracious and it was really nice to get to know him a bit and chat with him. Breakfast was much better than we could have expected. Everything about our stay was wonderful! Highly recommend this place! We hope to return in the summer months when we can spend more time and explore the local wineries and restaurants.

Karen and Pete are very nice and hospitable. We felt welcomed during our stay. The place is much more spacious than pictured! It had everything we needed for our 5D/4N stay. Pete went out to get us a new kettle to use when the one in the room didn't work! 👍 We utilized the kitchenette during our stay and it was very useful. The shower was great; hot water within seconds. The location is perfect for traveling in/around Bellevue, Redmond, and pretty much everywhere else.

Vaishali and Prince were the most responsive hosts that I've stayed with! Vaishali texted to check in with me every day and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed. The townhouse seems new and the room was very clean, with plenty of closet space, desk and full length mirror. You get a parking space in the driveway and a key fab to enter/exit the gated property community. I had a great stay!

Prince's place was awesome! The room was very clean and quiet. I had some trouble on the way to his place, so I was kind of anxious. But he and his wife welcomed me and gave me lots of information and supports.
