Christy is very professional and has her regulars stay with her often. Don't miss out on the warm greetings her and her husband offer. They're villas are beautifully well kept and the downtown and beach are is no more than 5mins away.

Christry was a very welcoming host! She sent her assistant to meet us in the center of town in Roasrito. He drove us up the hill where the house is. There was a garage which made us feel very safe when parking our car. In the back of the house, there is a balcony with a great view of the hills behind Rosarito and some of the ocean in the distance. The house was very cozy. It had a queen-size bed and a pull out sofa so we comfortably slept four people. In the living room area, there is a tv with a roku and a Netflix account! Great for having a cozy evening in! The kitchen was fully equipped and there are several markets nearby to buy groceries. Overall we had a great stay!

Christy's place was relaxing. It was nice to get away from my hometown. Christy's place is nice if you want peace and quite. It's got a nice view of the town. I would definitely return, however, next time with a motorbike.

Great place to stay. Very friendly host. Christy was very accommodating and understanding. Her husband even picked us up from a hotel because we couldn't locate the place from our GPS to tell our taxi driver. They gave great food recommendations and even recommended a great taxi driver.

Christy was an amazing host, extremely helpful! The place is exactly what we needed, we were down here for just one night (we came to party to papas and beer and the next day went to the Baja races in Ensenada) but the spot was really cozy and felt just like if we were coming home from a night out, very comforting and safe. Everything around here is super close 10 - 15 minutes away. Uber drivers had no problem finding the location. She even helped us find the place when we got lost trying to get to Rosarito. We would definitely stay here again or in any other properties Christy has.

Booked a last minute trip to Rosarito for surf. Christy was very responsive and was available for anything we needed. The room was cozy and the property felt very secure as everything (including our vehicle) was behind secured gates. Only a few minutes drive to the main street in Rosarito. The snacks for sale inside the room were a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again :)

My friends and I had a great time at Christy's Villa. The place is super nice and clean. It's definitely a home away from home. The location is not too far from Rosarito hub. We Ubere'd to Papas and Bear and Rosarito Beach Hotel, and Uber drivers had no problem locating the villa. The view in the back is amazing, looking over the valley. Breathtaking. Christy is an amazing host: very welcoming, and always available for questions. I would recommend this Villa!

We had a wonderful time staying at Christy's Villa. It was comfortable and very welcoming. As for Christy and David, they bent over backwards to provide anything and everything we wanted and needed for our stay. They were the ultimate hosts. I can't say how much we appreciate all they did for us in the few days we were there. What an amazing couple they are!

Marilyn was a great host, very friendly and helpful. She prepared very good appetizers, breakfast and fruit. She helped us in many ways and gave us useful suggestions on what to do around! The house has a private parking too. Great choice.

Mariyln and Mary was a sweetheart, made us breakfast (eggs, coffee, fresh juice, and fruits). She was very accommodating with our arrival and departure time. Communication is superior and couldn't ask for better! Bed is full size with alot of pillows. Room has a fan to keep us cool. Bathroom is small, but adequate and shower space was big. Wifi was working. She provided ample towels for us to use! Watch for a big street bump at entrance of street as you enter to her street.

Marilyn, was a great host she offered to make freshly squeezed juice and coffee in the mornings. She also gave us some ideas on places to try in the area.

I loved staying with Marilyn. Her house is beautiful!! She is very helpful with getting around town. She gave us a lot of tips and even helped us find someone to help with car problems. I would definitely recommend Marilyn to stay at for the time in Rosarito.

We had an great time in Rosarito. There was cheap food, the beach was a 5 minute walk away, and the weather was great. On the beach we read, drank from coconuts, and rode horses. Marilyn had great advice for places to visit. Highly recommend!

Marilyn was such a wonderful host to my girlfriend and I! Her home is so beautiful with very interesting art and books and contact with local talent. Every morning she looked after us to have fresh fruit, coffee or juice for breakfast. She had gated parking for us and we felt very safe in her neighborhood. We also had hours and hours of so very interesting conversations. The work she does is so full of passion and she knows so many wonderful people. We arrived to Rosarito one weekend and she was able to accommodate us last minute and we couldn't be more grateful to her. My girlfriend had a recent back injury and it got worse after we went to the beach where there was a cold breeze. Marilyn was so amazing to us by connecting us with Ix Chel who is an expert in natural and herbal medicine who was able to help us both spiritually and physically. I cannot say enough great things of our experience with Marilyn and we hope you will too. We love you Marilyn!

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Marilyn's for a weekend in Rosarito. It is not only that the the house is extremely clean and comfortable, but Marilyn herself is an extraordinary and warm host. She will make any visitor feel most welcome in Rosarito. One of the highlights about staying here is that Marilyn has all the connections to the local art scene, to make sure that you have an interesting stay. I strongly recommend Casa bal Mar!

Christy and David were very welcoming. They were attentive, and quick to offer up great suggestions for local dining. We ended up staying in Villa 1 (one bedroom). The rental was clean, and had most everything one could need. The property is not walking distance to the water or the main boulevard, but it was a very short drive. Taxis were quick to arrive and inexpensive. We did have a little rental car, and it was nice to have a remote control for the garage. We stayed the week between Christmas & New Years. It is a cold time of year. We were happy to have a great view of the water...and the New Years Eve fireworks down at the beach.

Super cute place, with lovely rooms! The structure (including the garage for our cars) felt Very safe & secure, with a huge metal sliding gate / garage door. The host & hostess were absolutely FABULOUS!! They really went above & beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area, and would absolutely recommend it :)

I rarely fill these out, but I would of felt guilty if I did not with the personal care we got from Christy! We loved the cleanliness and the practical lay out with a bathroom sink conveniently located just outside the bathroom plus a couple of mirrors to make it easier when a few are trying to get ready at once. The view from the terrace was an unexpected bonus to enjoy when the sun goes down with the islands in the distance. Although the location is challenging to get to, you don't have to worry since Christy will rescue you. She is so responsive that I honestly don't know how she does it. She graciously allowed us to check in earlier plus I had a last minute addition with my daughter staying and she immediately brought the extra bedding. I would highly recommend this place because it's such a good value, but Christy is I'm sure the big reason why people keep coming back!

Christy's villa is cozy and comfy. You feel like you are part of the family. Privacy is really respected, but it is nice to get to know each other too. The space was spacious and met our needs. We love coming back to Christy's villa's. They are all nice and offer something different in each villa. The location is close to central Rosarito and easy to navigate. I love the secure parking. This was a second stay here and we will be back.

Christy is a great host. She's easily accessible if you have a question, want to make changes/additions to your stay, and very helpful. Pictures do not do justice to how spacious the studio really is. Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations. Not to mention only 10 minutes from all the clubs. Don't pass this place up!

Five of my friends and I stayed here for spring break weekend and it couldn't have been better. It was very spacious and clean. It's also close enough to the beaches and nightlife to get there in 5 minutes but it's also far enough away that you aren't bothered by any loudness. Juan was great with communication, he even greeted us with a very good wine! Also it was such an affordable price! We will definitely be staying here again

The house is nice. I loved the Mexican rustic feel of the house. Plenty of sleeping areas. Only downside to the house is the Unpaved road. The house is located up a hill and in an area that is underdeveloped..construction under way (noise form Construction wasn't a problem since we spent most of the time in town). Drive to main part of rosarito is about 3-4 minutes. Juan and his wife live in a back area of the property but after the first arriving and meeting, We didn't see them much after that..we had our privacy. House has everything that you may need if you plan to cook.

The house is very nice and spacious. Garage for the car kept great peace of mind, very clean and taken care of home. Juan was friendly and responsive. Uber rides are about 5 minutes from all the clubs and bars and run cheap. Great stay!

The bottom floor is the garage. As soon as Juan opened the garage it was very appealing. The garage is very spacious. Unloading was not a problem. We had speakers tables and even a portable firepit that we left in the garage. Once going up stairs you find your self in a clean and very cozy space. It not only has comfortable beds, but it has couches; Comfortable to rest or sleep in. Communication with Juan is very easy going. He walks you through the house and explains where everything is. We all liked how he communicated with notes in case he steped out of the house. We loved how his wife and him received us. They gave us some chicharones, salsa, and drinks. We did not have any troubles with appliances. This house literally has anything you can think of. It even has a bicycle and helmet in case you need to go to the main road to get something from the store. The main paved road is 3 blocks away. They also left us Drinking water, in water bottles and 5 gallon carboy. Hot water for showering was amazing after having a long day, and they also have shampoo and soap if you forget to bring your own. We all plan to stay in the same house if we ever go gain.

Juan was an excellent host he was very welcoming! Whenever my family and I needed anything what so ever, he was in close contact with us via text or phone call. My family and I loved staying at his place! It is very gorgeous. My family and I stayed for 10 days, and we would definitely love to stay here again if we are ever in Rosarito. I would definitely recommend Juan's house. My family and I have zero complaints on our stay here. His house has everything we needed for our 10 day stay here. We were close to the beach, as well as the night life but far enough so that we weren't disturbed when we were sleeping. Once again, we loved our stay here, and would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

5 stars for Juan Francisco and his casita. This was our first time using Airbnb and we had many questions prior to reserving. He answered all of our questions promptly and he made me feel at ease. We had a late arrival and were pretty lost, Juan's wife came to find us. That was really nice of them. The host lives in adjacent property so we felt safe. The neighborhood is private and close to all activities. The home is very clean, you can tell that they prepared the home for our visit. It is small but spacious. Had all amenities, our guests were enchanted with the place. I will definitely recommend this home and the host.

Claudine was very nice upon arrival, welcomed us into the home and showed us around, the house is very nice and the location couldn't be better, right on the beach and within walking distance to all the clubs. The house has a private street, so parking is a breeze, not one complaint everything was fantastic, would most defiantly book this house again!

I stayed at Debora's place in Rosarito over the weekend with some friends. The place was as described. Nice and spacious, felt secure, and a fairly short walk to the beach and bars. Unfortunately we were late arriving due to buses and a few mixups of our own, so her sister who was letting us in had to wait for a very long time, but was still very friendly when we arrived, and offered to give people rides to get food. They also came in, cleaned in-between days, and left us breakfast in the fridge. Sadly, we weren't able to thank them in person, but it was very much appreciated. All in all. A great place to stay. A+

There are plenty of beds, which means everyone could sleep comfortably. The house is in great condition, and there is enough spaces to fit cars in the front yard. The house is very secure with bars covering every window. The hosts are very friendly and they are just a phone call away!

The home was more than we could have asked for. Debora and her sisters were very helpful and friendly. This house is definitely a good spot for larger groups. We were a group of 10 and found it to fit our needs. Don't be steered away from home becauae of the one bathroom. As a large group made it work. Plus the bathroom was pretty spacious. We had a mishap with one of the windows and Debora was very kind about it. Definitely would stay again and would recommend this location to others.

Our party's stay here was just fabulous! The place was much bigger than what it looks like in the pictures. It was extremely clean and well equipped with the necessary toiletries, kitchen supplies, and they even provided clean linens and blankets. You could see a great view of las Playas de Rosarito from the porch. Esteban, Bety, and Kathy were very hospitable, kind, and attentive. Bety met us up to guide us to the place and both Esteban and Kathy were very responsive within a short amount of time. Whenever I needed anything they were just a phone call away and they always answered. They even provided us with a list of trusted taxi cabs and showed us downtown Rosarito when we were following them to their place. I liked the fact that their location was gated, this made me feel at ease when leaving my car there for the weekend meanwhile we went out to Papas and Beer. For a group of four college girls who spent their first weekend in Rosarito, we felt extremely safe and comfortable at the place. I would definitely book this place again every time we come back to Papas and Beer! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for something much more than a room with two beds; Esteban's apartment offered a comfortable and safe space overall. Gracias!

It was very easy to get from the apartment down to papas & beer which is what we went for. The place was very clean and the beds are SO COMFORTABLE. I like that the parking space was gated, makes you feel more secure. Great hosts considering the fact we changed the date last minute. Would stay here again.

They met up with us to find our way and followed us to the main attraction spot in Rosarito (10 min away) Also gave us a list of taxis and a phone to call them from. I had an amazing weekend with my friends at this beautiful home. The house is really spacious and elegant. I was greeted by Juan Franiscos wife and was very impressed with their communication and warm welcome. Anything that i needed they would be fast to respond. I was impressed by the amenities because i walked into a home with everything needed such as bath towels, kitchen appliances, shampoo, body wash etc.I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home because of the comfort, location, hosts and of course the amazing views of Rosarito. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This is the best place for a big family!! You will find everything you have at ur home, and host juan francisco is a great person!!! I recomend you to try this place and i promise you will no regret at all!! It was our best weekend ever and we will come back!!! We felt just like at home!! Beach is just 7mints away in car 15min walk and alot of places to eat and to wak around also!!

I can't even began to explain how amazing this experience was , everything about the house is excellent it's clean, big, and beautiful. It's in a great location about 3 mins driving to all the fun stuff, it's quiet. Me and a group of friends went out there for my brothers birthday & I didn't even want to leave . Juan greeted us with two bottles of wine for the birthday people, he's such an amazing host. We're already planning our next trip and we'll definitely be staying at that house again !!! Also the pictures don't do the place justice it's waaaaay better in person the house is HUGE ! -Thank You Juan

Right off the start I knew that Christy was going to be a great host. She met us at the Rosarito Beach Hotel and guided us to their beautiful Villas on a hilltop overlooking all of Rosarito. Christy was so welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with her and her husband, David. They're amazing people! Christy even offered to drive us to Pelicano's Restaurant which they recommended. This was such a nice gesture. Overall a fantastic stay at Christy's Villa #2. I hope to visit Christy and David soon and have Sunday brunch filled with mimosas!

Christy met us on the main street and drove us to the location. She was very welcoming and she showed 3 other rooms she offered. She was very friendly and we got to know about each other. Neighborhood was not that great but the room were nice, cozy with beach breeze

Christy is a wonderful host and a very friendly person. She was very helpful with all the Information and questions we had on the villa and the area. Christy recommended us a few good places to eat and gave us a few extra good tips of things to do in the area. The actual place is about 7 min drive to the main Rosarito strip. Christy showed us the easiest way to get to villa, because at first it seemed a little complicated, pretty hard to see the street signs. After a couple of trips it was pretty easy. The Villa, is kept pretty well decorated, very very clean and comfortable bed. The Villa photos are accurate. Inside parking with remote control is a plus. Outside camaras with enough lighting outside for nigh time. Nice balcony area with small cute table where you can appreciate the nice city view. My daughter, her boyfriend and i thank Christy for taking care of us on our stay. Also, for being such a great host and making us feel comfortable. I highly recommend her villas and looking forward to go back and stay at her place again.

Staying at Christy's Villas was perfect for our family! The location was great. Close to town but just far enough to feel like we in the middle of everything. The place was clean and safe. The locked garage was a definite plus. The view is beautiful! The ocean breeze comes through and it was just very comfortable. Christy and David are very friendly and you just cant help but fall in love with sissy their dog. We will defiantly be staying with them next time we are that way.

Christy was an amazing hostess. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We walked around the neighborhood a bit to look for food and it was fine, we ended up at a shop and the people serving us were very friendly. The villa was fantastic and had a cute patio area. We also all really appreciated the speed of the internet, as well as the cable providers and programs in her TV. Overall a great vacation.
