Great little basement apartment with it's own private entrance. It was very close to nearby beaches. Michele answered all of our questions and was a great host. No issues at all staying there.

This basement apartment was lovely - very clean and tidy, beautifully furnished. Michele left us some extras which we really appreciated - grapes, granola bars, water, etc. She was very well organized, left notes around the room to help us figure things out, and replied to my emails with my small questions immediately. She also left us some beach chairs outside which we used for the beach. WiFi wasn't the strongest, but it did the job. Overall, lovely place, great location with a few restaurants and a pub close by (walking distance), and a lovely host. I'd definitely recommend it.

One of the best airbnbs ever!! Michele's place is so cozy and well decorated. She was always available if I needed anything at any time of the day, and yet I felt independent and free to utilize her space as I wished. Her space is perfect for a single girl or a couple's retreat.

A charming little beach pad within walking distance to the village and short drive to the beach. Michele was highly communicative and an absolute lovely host.

This is not only a very nice and comfortable place to stay but it is the little things that Michele did to make us feel welcome. From the "welcome guests" sign to the food in the refrigerator to the wonderful lightweight but warm comforter, this was an outstanding place to stay. The 'getaway' was spotless, stocked with the proper (URL HIDDEN) the way, the Tommy Bahama bath towels were to die for...plenty of paper goods, good hot water for showers, and peace and quiet. Michele was easy to deal with, always available by phone and email. I felt very secure staying with her. I am used to high end hotels for business travel but this was by far much, much better.

The art work in the house is beautiful and the home has a very relaxed and welcoming feel, would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. The home is located in a great location so it's very easy to get around as well!

Amanda is such a sweet person, very dedicated, and we felt her taking care of us even when she was not there. East Quogue felt to be very central to go everywhere you wanted in the Hamptons. Is very quiet. The house has a very special energy, cozy and personal.

Amanda's home was perfect for our 3 day trip to the Hamptons. It was very clean and quiet, and has a beautifully decorated interior. It's a great central location in the Hamptons, but you'll definitely need a car to visit the different attractions. Even though we went during the off-season, Amanda gave us a bunch of tips and recommendations of things to do. Communication was great. She even offered to let us stay a little longer since there was a big storm on our last morning. Would definitely recommend her home if you are planning a visit to the Hamptons.

Austin and his family were beyond gracious. They made us feel right at home and in fact invited us into their own (the rental is a guest house next to the main). The property is gorgeous and was perfect for our dog to play ball. The cottage itself was neat, clean, simple, cozy and comfortable. We will be back!

Absolutely delightful getaway in Quogue! Our first trip out east and to the beach with our three month old baby boy, could not have asked for a better set up!! Austin's cottage is just perfect - so beautifully set up, so clean, brand new bath and kitchen, tons of light, stunning yard and so comfy to hang out both inside and out! Love that the cottage is big enough to have separate areas but small enough that baby can be sleeping in one room and you can hear him from another without monitors! Super comfortably fit me my husband our baby and my mother in law. Can't wait to go back!! Austin is a SUPER responsive host already recommending his home to friends!!

I stayed here with my wife and my 9-month old baby. The home was beautiful & Austin's family was very accommodating. We booked our reservation last-minute & needed to check in after 11pm. They said it wasn't a problem and even left the light on for us to make sure we didn't have any trouble getting in. Very happy all around! Thank you!

What lovely hosts and such an amazing time! Central location AC was broken and made sure it was fixed within a few hours on a holiday weekend! This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway, I would suggest it to anyone.

We had a great two weeks in the cottage! The place is cute with a huge open yard and comfortable chairs to sit out on the patio and enjoy some rose. Austin and his family are so gracious and welcoming. The place exceeds expectations!

Austin was a wonderful host who quickly responded to inquiries and any concerns. His cottage is wonderful and super clean with everything that you need for a getaway. Its quiet and tucked away so you really get to enjoy yourself. I would love to stay there again.

Damian was a great host and the house was perfect for our large group! We had a bunch of people staying for a wedding in town and everyone had a great time hanging out by the pool and in the game room. The kitchen was also large enough for us to make breakfast as a group. There were also plenty of bathrooms/showers. I would definitely recommend this place!

I highly recommend this house. The amenities (pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts) made our weekend in the Hamptons a special one! The house was spacious and great for both entertaining and relaxing...The property's outdoors had the perfect combination of sun and shade. Secluded and private was exactly what we wanted and what we got. We would definitely book again! Sonja the house manager was very accommodating helping w/ directions to the nearest grocery stores and questions about the AC and jacuzzi.

It was a beautiful home, beautiful pool, very relaxing. Tennis court might need some care, and certain small things were either broken or not working, but besides that the property and property manager chi was amazing.

This was an incredibly huge space to accommodate all 8 of us, the host was gracious and responded quickly to any inquires we had. The pool and tennis court were a big hit with the children and a very nice private area. The house manager lives on the premises in fact in the same house if you need any help he is there to help. Beautiful neighborhood and only 15mins away from Tanger Shopping outlets.

Beautiful house (the pool is big!) and everything was clean and tidy. The master bedroom was massive and all the bathrooms in the rooms had a jaccuzzi (although we didn't try them as spent our time in the hot tub outside). The basketballs were a little too soft to play with though and the tennis court could do with a little tlc. We also couldn't put the music up loud which makes sense with the neighbours quite close by. There was another road with the same name only 10 mins away which we accidentally went to first, so it's worth double checking the address (post code, not just the road and number) before putting into gps. The area was lovely, short drive to the beach and West Hampton town which was just gorgeous. Overall a great house and would highly recommend!

The housekeeper was excellent and provided all the help we needed. The neighborhood is good.

9 of my friends I stayed here for my friends Bachelorette weekend. The house was beautifully kept and had such amazing charm. We were all so thrilled with how accommodating the house was with the sleeping space. We could not have asked for a better girls weekend and half of that comes from the lovely home we got to stay in! This sweet house was a perfect fit for our long weekend on Long Island! We took advantage of the wonderful outdoor spaces for coffee and cocktails on the porch, dining at the outdoor table and playing lawn games. The outdoor shower was a favorite to us all - never used the indoor showers! We enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood while appreciating the proximity to all of the activities that we had planned for the weekend. We are already talking about coming back next summer! David was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and responsive when we had a few questions throughout the weekend.

We stayed in David's sweet house for a long weekend. David is very responsive and helpful. The house is wonderful and perfect for many people. It is beautifully decorated in an authentic and charming way. It has a lovely porch with a hammock and many other outdoor furniture and a lovely lawn. There is also a dining area outside (and inside too of course) where we spent our last dinner, with a great BBQ made on one of the grills. East Quogue is a small village that has all you need in terms of groceries. There is also some nice restaurants close by (we went to Dockers and Stone Creek Inn). There is also a close drive to the beach. When you go there I would definitely recommend trying the outdoor shower, where you can get your shower in the sun. It's wonderful! David's sweet house is simply the perfect escape from the busy Manhattan life (or from wherever you want to escape), and I would absolutely go back.

My family and I had an amazing time at this house. Quogue is a great location with amazing beaches. The house was quaint, but lovely, and as expected based on the images and the description. Our favorite spot to hang out was the porch! It was beautiful and peaceful, and big enough to fit all seven adults comfortably. There was one issue with the fridge, but David was on top of it and 100% helpful. Overall, the house is a great value in a quiet neighborhood. And it is literally steps from the Jitney.

What a great house. We had a wonderful stay at this amazing rustic style home. Everything was clean and as described. lots of extra towels and sheets. Communication with David was amazing, he answered super fast and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

Lou's Suite was attached to his home and very easy to navigate out private entrance. He even made a space for us in the driveway near the entrance. The space was immaculately clean. He even had some toiletries ready for us in he bathroom, water in the fridge and fruit on the counter. I slept on the pullout couch which was very comfortable and my father stayed in the bedroom with a great bed. Lou was excellent with his response time to any questions I had and was incredibly accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying with Lou.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the beautiful home of Kathleen and George. They are extremely friendly and kind, always made sure our needs were taken care of. The bedroom is professionally prepared. It's spotless clean and the bed is very comfortable. The house is located in a nice and safe neighborhood. We could drive easily to the shops, restaurants and the beaches. Their lovely dog, Prince, is just adorable and helps to make the overall experience extra memorable. We'd definitely love to come back again for a longer stay!

My husband, 7 month old, and I visited this super cute spot to get away from the city and celebrate our anniversary. We loved how private it was, yet Kathleen was there anytime you needed something. The pool was pristine when the cleaners came - loved taking a quick dip in there. The room and bathroom were spotless, with clean sheets, towels, and beach towels too. Restaurants near by were amazing and Kathleen gave the best recommendations. We felt like we were staying at an Aunts house! The beach was still cold so we will definitely be back later in the season when it's nice and hot!

Kathleen and George were so welcoming and accomidating. We had everything we needed and more. Our bedroom opened right up to a great pool. It was a perfect set up!! The house is conveniently located just a short drive from several beaches. We will certainly be back next summer!!

Kathleen and George were great hosts. Very prompt communications after booking and leading up to the stay. They welcomed us into the home (the booking is a private room and bathroom in the house with a back door directly to the yard/pool area). Offered water and were seemed very eager to provide a great time/stay. Requested some recommendations prior to arrival and they were more than willing to help out with some places to eat nearby. Room and bathroom were EXTREMELY clean and neat.

Kathleen and George were very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in their beautiful place. The backyard is gorgeous and the pool was very nice to swim in. They even recommended some great restaurants that we are definitely coming back for. Great experience overall, I highly recommend it!

Staying at Kathleen & George's place was for sure the best decision we took when preparing our trip in the Hamptons! Perfectly located in a peaceful neighborhood, this is the ideal nest to explore this amazing island... Kathleen & George also shared a comprehensive list of activities (beaches, vineyards, parks, ...) and restaurants/bars all around. Very helpful... Do not hesitate!

The experience was great. She was very friendly and accomodated our late arrival. The studio bedroom is attached to the main house but has a separate entrance. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a spot for grilling in the back as well as a pool.
