Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Auf rund 50 m2 können Sie einen schönen Urlaub verbringen oder in Ruhe arbeiten. Im kleinen, gemütlichen Schlafzimmer "Kornspitzboden" befindet sich ein 160x200cm Doppelbett. Our apartment “Im Schafft'l” is located in the beautiful wine village of Ramsthal, in a side valley of the Franconian Saale in the district of Bad Kissingen on the edge of the Rhön. The location is ideal for numerous excursions. Start directly at the apartment on a well-signposted hike through the Ramsthal vineyard landscape or on the poetic forest hiking trail. Linger at the “terroir f”, one of the “magical places” of Franconian wine and a popular vantage point.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.
