The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Under the roof with exposed beams, a calm atmosphere is created. From the windows, there is a view of the Danube and the green hillside. Central location in Passau: the Old Town, the Danube promenade with boats, and cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops are all within easy walking distance. Parking is available in the area.

The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.
