Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). Can accommodate one couple with four children or a maximum of three couples. Bed linens and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The cottage (110 m²) is a former winemaker's house that was fully renovated in 2018.

The hillside house of Château Mazeris is a peaceful place on the heights of Fronsadais amid vineyards. It was completely renovated this year so you can enjoy a magnificent view, moments of relaxation and conviviality thanks to its large terrace, swimming pool and pétanque court. Our region is full of activities and places to discover. Winegrowers in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we will be happy to show you around the property and taste our wines.

Ground floor apartment with courtyard, in the city center

You will have a good stay in this elegant, tastefully decorated, central accommodation, close to the train station, located on a pedestrian shopping street. This apartment is brand new, it includes everything you need: A comfortable bed, a dressing room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, a sofa bed for 2 people, a courtyard to spend good times and enjoy the sun or mild evenings. Dogs are allowed but not cats.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
