It was an excellent room for the two nights we were there. Clean and beautiful home... and Ursula is a delightful and helpful host. We had a little trouble connecting by text and phone call before getting there... but once we got there the communication and helpfulness was perfect. Would stay with Ursula again in a heartbeat. High recommendation.

Ursula's house is cozy, comfortable and very well located in Leesburg. Ursula was a very friendly and accommodating host. I would highly recommend her home and hope to stay there again!

I was Ursula's first guest. She was easy to communicate with, the house is comfortable and well thought out, her tips on local hidden delights are really good. I had a problem with the TV being on much of the time, might not bother other folks.

We had a wonderful time with no complaints. The home was lovely, updated, and comfortable. Our bed was good and our hosts left us well supplied with things we might need. They also left us little baskets of goodies and breakfast food. It was our first experience with a bnb and it was wonderful!

Beautiful subdivisions and the scenery is very pleasant. Quiet and safe gated community. If you are looking for a cozy weekend stay at a very reasonable price this is your best bet. Lots to see and do in the surround areas. If you are a big or tall individual like myself, be warned the feet hang off the bed. That slight inconvenience was completely cast out of my mind with how great the area is and how nice and friend our hosts were. Lots of interesting stories and made you feel at home.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. House was very clean and neat. Their dog is friendly and likes to play catch! Sharing the bathroom was never an issue while I was there. The room was comfortable and well furnished. I would return for another stay!

This was my second trip to The Villages in a two month period. I stayed at another home back in Jan. Both were nice and both hosts were pleasant. This trip I had time to play golf and when I went to get on at a golf course, I realized I needed to have a Guest Pass. Bernice has been so busy with her work (tax season is her busy time) that she requested the pass for me, but never picked it up and I never thought to ask her for it when I first got there. So I didn't get to play golf. Her dog is very sweet and well behaved. Her house is immaculate. The location is convenient to a grocery shopping area, with a few restaurants. Additionally, access to anything in The Villages is only a short drive from her home.

Our stay with Bernice was beyond fantastic! This was our first experience with Airbnb and I was slightly apprehensive but I shouldn't have been. Bernice was awesome. She wasnt there when we- my daughter and I- arrived but left detailed instructions on getting in and we met her later that night. Her home is absolutely gorgeous and beyond clean. And Bailey, her dog, is the sweetest ever! Our visit was so that my daughter could attend homecoming with her boyfriend. Bernice just jumped in and shared that experience with us- it felt like she was family! We had a great time, and will definitely be back to see Bernice soon. You will not be disappointed if you book with her!1st

Bernices house was stunning...She went out of her way to make my stay wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and tranquil. I would recommend her as a super host!! Will definitely plan to stay again when passing through the villages.. way to go Bernice!

Everything written about Bernice's airbnb was exactly as described. Bernice was helpful to teach about The Villages and got a pass to go wherever we wanted. Bed was very comfortable and slider door between the main living area gave a lot of privacy. Bernice's dog was well behaved and adorable. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a great location / clean home in new neighborhood to see The Villages. Thanks Bernice!

Bernice was very kind to accept my booking with less than 24 hours' notice, it was really a last minute thing as we were traveling around Florida and decided to go to Lake Panasoffkee - Bernice's place was nearby and we booked with her the day before arriving. But it couldn't have gone more smoothly, her place is stylish, exquisite and absolutely gorgeous. If you are a light sleeper like me, then you would totally love her place: it is so extremely peaceful because it is in a retirement village for older folks - so no sound of traffic and no noise from inconsiderate young people partying and doing stupid things. The room itself was so beautiful and I think this is one of the best AirBNB experiences I've had. Bernice has a gorgeous dog Bailey as well and I wish I had more time to spend there. I definitely recommend staying with Bernice - thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

Easy to get to and easy to navigate from her house to anywhere you may want to go in The Villages. Her dog is very friendly and it is certainly a much better choice than spending $250 a night in a hotel at this time of year.

The house was much bigger then I expected.. it was beautiful and well decorated you felt right at home.. the golf cart that he has for guests was wonderful due to the fact that you are in the villages so if you just want to go for a drive or have a bite to eat you can just hop in the golf cart and go.. when I come to visit again I will definitely be booking with Dan!!!

Great hosts, nice location for all activities. Hosts most generous in using their home and giving directions in the resort. They lent sporting equipment and jackets...VERY KIND, We enjoyed it very much.

This place is clean, quiet, and cozy so that I had no problem to stay at home during business trip. Also, all facilities, such as laundry, iron, kitchenware, etc, are all set so that do not need to bring lots of things. I enjoyed staying the place. Hope it is helpful.

I loved my stay at the Villages. Andy and Karen couldn't of been nicer. They gave me helpful information, and catered to my every need. Their home was gorgeous and I had privacy when I needed it.

Can't begin to express what a terrific experience we had staying with Andy and Karen!! They go above and beyond what anyone would expect. It's easy to make a clean comfortable living space--which they provided--but it's difficult to make a guest feel like family and friends. However, that just seems to come naturally to Andy and Karen. They are attuned to when you want your "space" and when you might want to interact. Karen makes a delicious, nutritious breakfast attuned to the schedule YOU want. Their home is inviting and they encourage guests to make use of the common space. I'd never stay in another hotel if all my Airbnb stays were like staying with Andy and Karen. Don't miss it!!

Andrew and Karen had to leave unexpectedly before we arrived, but kept communication with us thru texts. House was magnificent and hosts very caring about our needs! You won't be disappointed.

Karen and Andrew were wonderful hosts. Their house is upscale, cozy, very clean and comfortable. Parking is perfect right outside the main entrance. They welcomed us into their home and we came in as guests and felt we left as friends that will come back as we are house hunting and will have more trips to come. Karen prepared fresh fruits, bagels, etc for us every morning. We enjoyed having breakfast out in their lanai. They even had bath robes for us.. :) Talking to them each day gave us insight of the areas we wanted to look for while house hunting. We highly recommend staying here. Booking was very easy and instructions on getting to the property as well.

Andrew and his wife provided the most friendly, accommodating experience the we could have expected. It was our first AirBnB and we didn't know what to expect. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. A fresh bountiful continental style breakfast was provided every day. The house is in a great location for exploring the best aspects of The Villages. Our stay there was 100% satisfactory.

Donald was a gracious host and the accommodations were great. He was a great resource to learn about the Villages. I would stay there again and hope your wife is feeling better.

Don and Mary were very welcoming. They were attentive to my every need and we had some great talks. Don is a great source of information about almost everything, with fun stories included. Mary has decorated their house to perfection. I used the kitchen often and felt right at home! I also quickly found my way around The Villages....everything is a short drive away. Next time, I'll try that guess pass! :)

Don and Mary were very helpful and had a lot of information to share about the villages. The place was just as advertised and Don was kind enough to get us guest passes so we could enjoy the many amenities the villages has to offer. Traveled to Florida for work! I stayed with Don and his wife. They were very nice. My room was very clean. It was super quiet and laid back. I would definitely recommend staying with them.

What a lovely home and accommodations let alone Don and Mary. I wanted for nothing! Not only will I recommend their Airbnb but I look forward to seeing my new friends again. Allie (the dog) was not an issue. Hated to say goodbye!

Great hosts - and on one days notice!

Don and Mary were so gracious, personable and accommodating, always asking what they could do for us. We stayed for about a week, came and went as we pleased. They were so knowledgeable about The Villages, had as answer for anything we asked. They made us feel like family and we enjoyed playing with the dog, Allie.

Really neat older home with lots of historical pictures of the original owners and their family. Location was good for accessing major highways. Sun room provided an excellent place for our yoga and stretching exercises. This home gave us a much more reasonably priced "home away from home" as compared to motels while visiting our friends in the area. We would definitely stay there again if we go to that area.

I actually fell in love with this whimsical fabulous rental! It looked amazing on the air bnb app, and when I arrived I was blown away at how incredibly amazing it was! From the pristine gorgeous sheen of hardwood original flooring to the details in every room that were PERFECT (especially the vintage claw foot deep bathtub... wow) I wanted to just move in! Words cannot describe how much I loved my stay! Quiet... comfortable... fabulous location... and it even had great wifi and every movie channel imaginable ! I will never use a hotel again! AND my host Alexa will definitely be seeing me again! I can't wait to return as well as try more air bnb.

Great apartment. I love how it is decorated. Alexa and her family were great and I appreciated how well they resolved any issues that came up. The apartment is exactly as described. It's above a very quiet office. I work nights and was easily able to sleep during the day. Highly recommend. (And have already recommended the apartment to some friends who are coming to town!)

A new and beautiful house in a convenient location if your are visiting The Villages.

Great place right in the middle of everything in the villages.

This Villa is beautiful, new, and close to many recreation centers and golf courses. It is very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and away from any busy streets. It comes with a snazzy golf cart which is very convenient to use and fun to zip around to the store or close by activities.

Char was a fabulous host! We couldn't arrive until almost midnight. She met us with a smile and an immaculate home. Walked us through the house, showed us what we needed to know and even had light refreshments there for us! PERFECT. The house is like new and very well furnished and equipped. We had a very peaceful, comfortable stay. We will be back!

Mike and Nancy's home is awesome! Everything was handled professionally, the manager met us upon arrival, Mike is a complete gentleman, we would definitely stay there again. As far as location is concerned you can't beat it, we've been to The Villages before and I can tell you no matter what anyone says location really does matter and you can't beat Mike and Nancy's location.
