Ivy and Ian are great people to stay with because you feel like you are visiting friends and family when you stay at their very clean and pleasant home. The home is updated and has a very modern feel to it. It is a great place for a single or couple. It is in the suburbs and because I had a car, I was never in a situation where I had to find out about buses or trains etc. I' m sure Ivy has that info for anyone that needs it. Great hosts and place!

I had the best time with Ivy and Ian - we talked a whole evening and they gave me the immediate feeling of being welcome in their home and we bonded super quickly. I used their offer of being picked up from the airport at a very late hour. There was no hassle, it all was just great. The place is as advertised - clean, quiet and has a lot of style. I was very happy and the bed was warm and comfortable. Ivy helped my plan the whole rest of my trip and she had so many great recommendations. I recommend Ivy and Ian for everyone starting their road trip in Auckland and hope I will be able to return the favor and host them at some point in Germany. <3

Nina's accomodation was sufficient for our porposes. We were looking for straight forward accomodation and that is what we got. No frills and fuss. I would recommend Nina's accomodation if you are solely looking for a place to sleep. It is centrally located making travel around auckland a short trip.

Nina definitely was one of the most easy going hosts i have ever dealed with. Fast and accurate in communication, very flexible and ready for changes, it was a great great advantage for us because we had a lot of uncertainities and changes during the trip. A really nice place to stay at and a host to deal with if youre planning to have a relaxed and joyful trip.)

Murphy was really hospitable and nice host. Even he was not at home (because wa asked him if we can come earlier) he left the key for us so we could enter the house. He is nice and knowledgeable person. He really made our stay comfortable. We felt like for those 4 days it was truly our "home away from home" :)

Murphy and his son were both really welcoming and made our stay really enjoyable. His house is very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Comfy bed too. Would definately stay here again next time I'm in Auckland .

Murphy and Nathan are lovely hosts really nice and helpful. They ll give you many advice about what to do in town or where to go to eat .. House is clean and lovely, really easy to find things ! And your own room with double bed really good ! I highly recommand :)

Sandra's house is really nice. It is tidy and comfortable. Sandra is a nice lady. There are bus stops near the house. It is convenient to go to the town central although it takes about 50 minutes to get there. The only thing I would like to suggest that if there is cooking facility available, that would be awesome. In one word, the property is worth to live, and I like to recomend it to our friend when they travel to Auckland.

A lovely-quiet place, hosted by the lovely host, Sandra. The place is very clean and feels very comfortable. Easy to go around Auckland (we rented a car). Will definitely stay again, the next time we revisit Auckland with our small family of 3!

Sandra's place is very nice! Tidy and clean! And has everything you need for a short stay. The public transportion is not great but it can get you to the city centre easily. I felt as I was at home! I absolutely recommend it! Sandra's communication was great!

It's a really nice, cozy and quite place especially if you like privacy. You get your own room with kitchen, bedroom and personal bathroom. All the furniture is brand new and Sandra was really helpful when we needed anything. Great place.

We had an amazing stay at Dion's house. It was a superbly furnished place, with very comfortable beds. Living room was spacious, kitchen very well-equipped, and the place was spotless. Best of all, Dion was a fantastic host. He showed immense hospitality in ensuring that we were settled into his place. We couldn't wish for a better host or place to stay. Thanks Dion!

The apartment has excellent availability for 6 or more. We were 2 families with what the department was us great. All very clean, tidy and with the necessary elements to spend a very good stay. Dion was a very good host, I helped us (and even accompanied us) to find where to dine and that we had done later. The apartment is better than what you see in the pictures. It is removed from downtown Auckland but as we are with us was easy auto access. It is a place to take it into account if they returned to Auckland and to recommend it.

Dion was great helped us to checkin and house is equipped with all basic stuff and little more in the kitchen. We wouldn't have a second thought if we had a chance to comeback we would be happy to stay at Dion's place.

Great place!

Dion's house is simply Chinese in Oakland's home, he treated us like their relatives, and prepared a breakfast of fruit, gave milk, cereal. Home clean, tidy, comfortable and well-equipped facilities, as well as a swimming pool, our trip is simply the most perfect experience. Auckland is highly recommended to all Chinese people have the opportunity to experience this is fantastic place, everything is perfect.Dion is a very nice man, have good communication.we all think this is a six star acommedation place.

Beautiful house to stay in and Carla is a brilliant host. Friendly & helpful. The house is really warm and clean and the kitchen had everything you could want. The room is very comfortable. There's parking outside and a bus stop a minute or 2 away!

It's a joy to stay in Carla and Paul's, not only for the beautiful,cozy and neat environment but also for the spirit of trust and sharing. They have 2 lovely boys, polite and focusing on stuffs they enjoy. Carla is helpful, easy communication and very organized. We share our travel experience and value of life. It's a wonderful memory for me. If you drive, it is even more recommended.

Highly recommend staying with Carla! Place is spotless, cozy, quiet and has everything you need. Carla left us coffee, tea, juice and milk which we weren't expecting and was really sweet from her. She also gave us really good advices. We definitely would stay here again.

We had a warm welcome from Mary and a great night's sleep in her spacious and quiet unit. It was cosy and spotlessly clean which was much appreciated. (As a note, not a complaint: if you are thinking of preparing your own meal/s, there is a kettle, toaster, microwave and a small fridge but no stove / burner.) We would happily recommend Mary and her unit to others.

Mary's place has given us a wonderful experience in Auckland. It's so clean and comfortable that I have to say it is the best place we have ever lived in Airbnb. Although it was a little far for us to get to central city since we didn't rent a car. It takes around an hour by bus. But it is OK because the place is close to the bus stop. Anyway, thank Mary for letting us stay at your place.

A huge, clean, well maintained and equipped private room with kitchen and washroom attached. Having own transportation recommended as shops are a few mins drive away. Friendly host.

Nicole and Kelly are great hosts. Made us feel welcome instantly. Very easy going, and very helpful whenever we needed advice or help with something. Beautiful home, and wonderful hosts. Dave the dog and the cats are pretty great too. Safe to say we made some lifelong friends after our visit here.

Ideal for me. Had everything I needed plus a couple of extras

We had Kims Container for 2 nights rented, to view our Auckland and have used it only for sleeping. It is functional, a bit cramped for two people (for 1 person just right). By car we are about 25-30 minutes to downtown (Queens Street, Ferry Building and vicinity) driven. The container was very clean and the kitchen equipment adequate. Kindly I was allowed to share Kim's washer and dryer. Overall, the accommodation is just as described. Kim and her son were with questions always approachable (in person and in writing), even before the arrival.

Kim's place was absolutely perfect for our needs - a great value and wonderful amenities plus super close to public transportation made our stay wonderful.

Immaculately clean and very handy to central city. The cabin sits on a very secluded waterfront property that was peaceful, lots of birdilfe and lovely garden surrounds. We were welcome to sit on the deck in the garden and it was a real treat to sit and watch the paddleboarders on the whau estuary while drinking our morning coffee. Kim was very friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive. Highly recommend this for a weekend Auckland hideaway.
