You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

Small but really nice apartment, with super views of the harbor & water. Just outside the door you have your own private terrace with sofa group and barbecue. The garden is decorated in many levels with several terraces with furniture, for your free use. When you step out of the garden gate, it's right out to the harbor and several lovely beaches. Hike along the beach and enjoy nature in the many forests, right in the "backyard". The forests have many km of marked trails. If you're an angler, we have some of the best sea trout water.

Need to relax with your better half or a good friend/friend in beautiful surroundings with great views of the water, 150 meters to the nearest bathing place and close to the beach and forest, then this lovely gem is a great offer. It has restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. Home away from home... sit back, take in the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door allows you to open up, facing the water, as well as going out onto the private terrace, where a private outdoor shower is available. The house from 1860 is part of the history of Holckenhavn Castle. It stood as a Boat House for those who would cross the bay with the boat that was available. It has later been moved out to the outer cousin, which is now sold to a private space. There's a table top oven and hot plate.
