The Hat Maker's house near University of Guelph

I love a clean and bright space decorated with flowers. You can expect that and a quiet environment where you can hear the birds chirping and not much else. There is a plaza across the street with lots of food shopping, the UofG is a 7 minute walk and the local mall is 15 minutes by foot if you like to spend time there. This house is perfect for people who want to relax and cook while they are in town. There is plenty of space (2,300 sq ft) to socialize and unwind with four large bedrooms.
