A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a shed has been transformed into B&b of no less than 75 m2 with the look of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. kitchen with combi microwave/oven and a bathroom. Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transport, on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, work or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available to guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, a rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (Stabyhoun). 0verig: is on ground floor, free parking.

The accommodation, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.

Het modern ingerichte huisje ligt aan de rand van Haren en grenst aan een natuurgebied. Het lichte huisje heeft een grote woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar je privé tuin aan het water. Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.
