The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Hamburg Airport can be reached by car in just 15 minutes and by public transit in about 30 minutes. The main train station can be reached by bus and train in about 40-50 minutes. Free parking is available outside the building on the street.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

The apartment has a free parking space with access to an electric charging station and is a 10-minute drive from Messe Schnelsen, a 15-minute drive from Hamburg Airport and a 30-minute drive from Hamburg city center. From the property, it is only a 7-minute walk to Bönningstedt train station. Currently, there is a rail replacement service to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.

The apartment is 20 square meters and we live right next door. On foot it takes about 25 minutes (1.7 km) to Quickborn train station. However, two bikes are also available to you free of charge.
