Amenities: Separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen with seating, one bedroom (pull-out bed 160 × 200), spacious full bathroom and separate toilet. It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. Please let me know in advance if there is a need.

Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

Rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bathtub and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Welcome! This lovely cottage by the sea is 46 square meters and consists of two levels: kitchen/eating area + bathroom on the ground floor and studio sleeping/play area on the floor above. Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We are an American-German family and want to make your vacation unforgettable.

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. We rent out our beautiful, newly renovated studio with its own south terrace and separate access. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Through a private entrance you enter the 35 sqm apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and modern designed living area. From here it is just a few minutes' walk to the fjord and by public transport (ferry or bus) you are within a very short time in the city center.

In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park.
