Lovely Cabin, just perfect to get away from things for a couple of days

I booked this place because I wanted something different for my partners birthday. It did not disappoint the place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and a hot tub!

Once again we had a fantastic stay at the lodge. On our first night the sky was very clear and we could see many stars from the hot tub and the skylight. Definitely a stand out feature for us. We would highly recommend!

The lodge is absolutely beautiful in every way, especially the sky light to look at the stars at night, the hot tub and the decor. I definitely recommend booking this! Particularly with the lodge being near both countryside and seaside :)

We had a great weekend at The Lodge - Lovely location and The Lodge itself was very cosy and well laid out (we loved the underfloor heating in the cold weather!). Also enjoyed the hot tub !

We had a lovely stay at this very stylish cottage in Bearsted. The house was easy to find and within walking distance of the village. It was thankfully very cosy, which was much appreciated as we visited it on a cold, windy and miserable weekend. The size and layout was perfect for us and our 2 children. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub is a real bonus! Barbara was an excellent host - she was very responsive and sent a very detailed welcome email with lots of useful information in advance of our trip.

My fiancé and I had a lovely relaxing stay here. The place is cute and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking. The hot tub was the highlight!

We had a great weekend away. Although the weather was bad the hot tub was still available to use. All amenities were great and everything you needed was there.

I fell in love with this place based on the photos and it looked exactly the same in real life, which is always great to see. There were thoughtful touches added to make our stay special and the cottage was absolutely gorgeous both inside and out. The information provided on the local area was really helpful and Barbara & Mike were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of staying in the area.

A lovely home with lovely hosts! Barbara and Mike communicate very well and provide lovely little details such as a bottle of prosecco on arrival and a follow up message to make sure everything is okay on the first day of the stay. The home and hot tub are extremely well kept and warm and the area is very quaint and friendly. Lots of things to do a short drive away. There are a few pubs/restaurants within 5 minutes walk which are really nice to go to for dinner and a drinks. We are really looking forward to hopefully return again! Thanks for everything Rebecca

This was an amazing cottage full of character which made my friend and I feel at home straightaway! It's cosy and warm, the kitchen utensils are amazing and the style was so unique. There were plenty of walks on our door step and we had dinner at the Oak on the Green which was only a few minutes away. I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely and homely

Sonnah and her family are absolutely lovely :) The house is warm and comfortable and my Nonna and I were encouraged to enjoy all the amenities as we wished. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

I did not realise that I was Sonnah very first guest. But I found her very friendly 😎she checked me in and showed me around her property. There was plenty of on road parking although it’s a bit of a premium with all the other properties but she has an ace up her sleeve she has a off road drive at the rear of her house. She also offers breakfast albeit cereals and toast tea and coffee. And the use of the kitchen if I decided to cook. I had the sole use of a bathroom as she has on suite in her bedroom. She is a very bubbly lady who enjoys company so sitting chatting and watching her TV in her spacious lounge. I would recommend Sonnah to any traveler visiting Maidenhead or the surrounding area. Thank you Sonnah. ❤️

Absolutely amazing! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Emma’s Place the Stables last night! The stables itself were absolutely gorgeous and had everything that you needed for your stay from plates, towels, tea bags and bedding! It was lovely and clean and the underfloor heating made it all lovely and cosy! We had the pleasure of meeting Emma and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, she even sent us photos of the go to takeaway and food places around the area. Our little Shih-Tzu come for the stay and she had a amazing time! She loved seeing the chickens for her little morning walk to the car. Mitzy felt really comfortable and at ease for her stay too. Emma was really accommodating for dogs and it was really nice to see the emergency vets number on the emergency contacts page, it was a really nice touch! Overall, I would definitely come back and stay with Emma again and would recommend to anyone.

This was our first stay at The Stables but our second stay at one of Emma’s places. And once again we where not disappointed, it was a nice size studio space and was stylishly decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed for our overnight stay at Christmas visiting family. And looking out at the chickens, horses and sheep while we had breakfast was lovely. Emma is a great host and is always on hand to answer any queries we had. We will definitely be back again. Lovely converted Stables in a secluded part of a pretty Kent town Warm, clean and sweet scented space. Good-sized living area with a well provisioned kitchenette. Comfortable main bed and a large TV equipped with Netflix

It is a lovely space and very convenient for Bearsted and a short drive into Maidstone. Look forward to staying again.

This is a wonderful little cottage with 2 wonderful cats that I made friends with. There’s a nice quiet private room with en suite all set in a lovely area . Thank you for a great stay. Pity it was just the one night. Kate. X

The cottage by the green proved atmospheric and very comfy. Jane is a splendid host and prepared a lovely breakfast for us. The bedroom is quiet, in a tranquil village. The two pubs in walking distance do good food. We were very happy with our four day stay.

We loved all aspects of our stay in your cosy cottage Jane. We appreciated the warm welcome, lovely room and ensuite, comfortable night's sleep and super breakfast. The night we stayed there was a deep frost making Bearsted Green look even more stunning, but it was snug and warm indoors!

Great stay, I was checking in late and Jane happily waited up for me and offered me some food as all was shut in the village - great hospitality! Room was nice and clean with a private bathroom and Jane was easy to chat with. If you are staying in the area I really recommend staying here.

Wow! A memorable stay. I spent 3 nights at Jane's delightful family home. The cosy bedroom and en-suite were tops. Breakfast was delicious - fresh fruit salad, cereals, yoghurt, fresh orange juice, yoghurt, croissants, and a selection of teas - perfect. Jane is a unique caring host, full of life, warmth and generous hospitality. Jane went out of her way to accommodate my travel arrangements. I was made to feel welcome from the outset by her lovely family and I shall return. Thanks Jane and co. Ann

Sarah and her family created a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I felt at home from the moment i stepped in the door. Sarah and i chatted for a long time, this set my mind at ease for my interview the following day. Sarah's two dogs are really lovely and well behaved. A really great stay, i will be back again should i have to retake my interview!

Home from home. Warm and welcoming, very comfortable.

Sarah was a great host. I was walking all day and exhausted by the time I got to her place. She happened to pick me up along the way in the car as I was walking up the hill. I had a good soak in the bath and a quiet night’s sleep. Great place to rest for a night and I really appreciated Sarah’s hospitality.

We had a lovely stay, Vivienne is a wonderful host and even dropped us to the local pub where we had a 70th party to go to. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hospitality in a lovely home. Vivienne really goes the extra mile to make her guests feel at home away from home. Breakfast was fantastic and Vivienne even gave us a lift to a recommended restaurant. Cannot fault our stay with her in any way. Highly recommended if looking for within striking distance of the tunnel.

Vivienne went the extra mile for us, gave us lifts to a lovely restaurant for dinner and to the train station. Her house is beautiful and we all enjoyed our time 100% you will not leave disappointed!! Will definitely be returning.

Clare's place was beautiful, large and full of thoughtful touches. Within walking distance of the town centre, but on a quiet, pretty cul de sac. We slept very soundly in stylish surroundings and Clare was a very welcoming and engaging host.

I didn’t get to meet Sylvie but the house was immaculate, bed was comfy and it was a great place for a quick stop. A simple room but I was literally only there to catch a few z’s after a wedding. Spot on for what I needed. Thank you Sylvie :)

Friendly, really clean and great quiet location

I spent 8 days in tota here. lSylvie is a lovely lady and a great host. Her home is spotlessly clean and it was a bonus to have a wide selection of breakfast cereal and teas to choose from. It is also easy to find. Once you turn in to Queen Elizabeth Square off Sutton Road, the house is the first row of red door houses to the left, almost immediately opposite the staff gates to the Police HQ. Parking is available just round the corner or at little further up the road.

Recomend that for a weekend away from the city!

Lovely little retreat for a night away, little campfire outside which is great and also logs provided! Lovely little pub round the corner called pepperbox inn serves lovely food! All in all a wonderful stay thank you!

Great Location and Super Hosts!

We arrived exhausted after a 7 hour walk, as dark was falling... to find a kettle whistling on wood burning stove. So very welcome.

We had a great 3 day stay for our anniversary hear and would highly recommend the cabin. We stayed here in winter and were expecting it to be rather cold but were able to keep the cabin nice and toasty with the log burner. Theres a fire pit just outside too where we cooked on open fire which was the highlight of the off-grid experience.

Amazing little cabin on the edge of a woodlands, for us visiting in Feb we were one of two couples on the site. The log fire and been started so that the cabin was warm for our late arrival. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked and just what we needed for an escape from the city. Very quiet. Was great for some night time photography also. Will definitely be back!

What a lovely place to stay! Truly nature, off the grid experience and Laura and her family were such wonderful hosts! Living a truly inspiring life in the nature and it’s amazing that they shared it with us for a brief moment :) Thank you and I am sure we will meet again :) Aiste and Jason

Laura’s place is an absolute gem!! We stayed for New Year’s Eve and it was surprisingly warm and cosy with the log burner on and the outdoor fire was so lovely under the stars. Really nice area with kitchen stuff and toilet/shower you have everything you need but also feel detached enough for the off grid experience! Such a great place will definitely be back. And my little dog loved it too! 10 out of 10!

The most beautiful place I’ve stayed on air BnB. Such a friendly and wonderful host who added such beautiful touches. A really caring lady who has an outstanding place to stay. Me and my doggies loved it. Every little touch is just perfect. The biggest help is the gate from the kitchen to the living area, it’s so thoughtful means muddy paws can be cleaned before excited dogs explore ! It’s perfect. 100% want to be back

Elenor is a great host and very helpful. Her house is very clean and well equiped. She is courteous and helpful. We had our baby and dog staying with us. Elenor made sure we hat a babycot and bowls for the dog. Amazing kitchen and lovely bedroom, the whole cottage is beautiful. The ceiling in the shower is a little low so you can not stand up straight. Parking is available just outside the house.

The Oast cottage was a cosy, comfortable getaway. It is in a good location, with lots of good eating places nearby. Alex had provided lots of thoughtful touches and was very easy to communicate with.

I would recommend staying at the charming Oast Cottage Annex if you are planning a quiet weekend in Kent. The cottage is small but very clean and located in a very quiet and quaint spot in Staplehurst. Alex and Philippa are great hosts - very friendly and attentive! Thank you so much for everything!

The cottage is in a great location. The pub which is in walking distance and able to see from the cottage windows. Amazing food and drink. Everything that alex suggests is spot on. My husband and I visited Dave. He received us very warmly. We watched football together and exchanged ideas. He gave us good tips for the next goals. The room was really nice and clean. Dave was very polite and accommodating. The breakfast the next day was bombastic! We will be happy to come back another time!

We had a very lovely time at Jilly's place. We stayed there 2 nights and we felt warmly welcomed by her nice husband David who gave us useful tips about the area. Also, before our stay Jilly kindly offered to book a nice pub for us. The room is really nice, the breakfast delicious and it was nice to meet both of them. Highly recommended !

Our stay at Jilly and David’s was without a doubt the best experience with hosts that we’ve had on AirBnB. It even feels wrong to call them hosts because they made us feel as welcome as family. If they gave Michelin stars for hospitality, they would surely have three (that’s the best you can do in that rating system for those who are unfamiliar)! It’s truly hard to put into words the thoughtfulness of their actions every day, but suffice it to say I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else if I pass through again- and I certainly hope I get the chance.

Absolutely outstanding hospitality from Jilly and David. The room was spotless and so comfortable. 5 star hotels could learn from all the amazing touches and attention to detail. Beautiful Place..

A lovely country side location, with interesting walks around the area. The apartment is large, spacious and peaceful. I loved waking up to the sunrise through the bedroom window. Washing machine dishwasher and dryer, all very handy. Geoff & Pauline were responsive & friendly.

Geoff’s apartment was fantastic and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for self catered breakfast and even had tea/coffee/ sugar/milk supplied. The washing machine and dryer was a useful touch. Big, clean bathroom with lots of hot water. The bedroom was huge and if you like a soft bed and pillows, it’s perfect. We will stay here again when coming back to the area!

Geoff’s place has to be one of the best Airbnb’s i have ever stayed in. I stated here for a week, with my wife and 1 year old, and we had more than everything we could possibly need. The place was warm, super equipped, very comfortable and we truly made it our home! We’ll be back soon!

Home from home. Was sad to leave. Cosy and peaceful little piece of rural life yet close to all amenities for convenience. Well recommended. Parking right outside the front door and amazing bed ! So many thoughtful touches such as fine creams, shampoos and soaps to give it that five star feel yet with all the comforts of country living. Fully equipped and private.

You could not find a warmer welcome or a more comfortable room so look no further if you plan to stay in this area. The multi talented Susie has thought of everything to make your stay, however long, as perfect as possible. The bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed, reclining chair and stool, a desk and plenty of storage. There is a fridge with fresh milk and an impressive selection of coffees, fully stocked bathroom and lots of extra provisions including toothbrushes and ibuprofen. We’ve never seen that before. Needless to say it was exceptionally clean. The location is excellent with three pubs, two of which serve food, within a few minutes walking distance and views across the Kent countryside to make you yearn to get your hiking boots on.

We stayed for just the one night at Susie's place. The ensuite room was accessed through the main house, and there were plenty of parking spaces nearby. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable and Susie was very attentive and kind. There was even a breakfast and you can enjoy the lovely view over the lovely Kent countryside. Nearby there are some good looking pubs (sadly we did not have time to frequent them). All in all we can highly recommend Susie's place.

Susie and her family are amazing hosts and the room is spotless. Very comfortable bed and great amenities. The garden has the most spectacular views which you would never get bored of looking at. I stayed there while I was volunteering for the open days at The Big Cat Sanctuary and it was only a 10 minutedrive away. I would definitely recommend staying here and booked in already to return in a few weeks time.

What can I say Susie has got to be the most loveliest lady we have ever met! She instantly made us feel welcome and the accommodation was beautiful! Gorgeous spacious room and amazing views! Loved my stay. Everywhere was beautifully clean, my room was delightful and had everything and more than I needed. Would highly recommend staying there. Ask for the eggs for breakfast, best I’ve ever had.

My parents stayed here en route to Dover - they reported an excellent room with thoughtful touches. The room was clean and comfortable, and Marj was hospitable. The directions and local tips were extensive and very helpful, enabling a stress free check in. Thank you very much - highly recommended

This is a lovely property, comfortable accommodations, and absolutely phenominal hosts, who have an amazing story and home. Wish time would have allowed us to stay longer. We were walking along the Pilgram's Way/North Downs Way- so if you are coming off the trail, it is about 1-2 miles outside of Lenham or Harrietsham. But it is definitely worth the excursion. Since we were walking the trail at the end of November Marjorie was very concerned with our getting there on time and gave us advice on walking the lesser roads so you can avoid the speed demons especially since dark comes at 4pm. The next day we stayed in a "posh" location which couldn't hold a candle to Marjorie's place for comfort, style, and value.

Marjorie and family go out of their way to make your stay a very welcoming and comfortable experience. You will enjoy the unexpected extra little touches. We had a wonderful stay.

Marjorie was extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The space was stylishy and cleverly organised and we had fresh baked muffins and fruit from her garden for breakfast. We can highly recommend this place, together with its tranquil country setting.

Really prompt clear communication. We only stayed for a night as a stop-over on our way in to Canterbury so didn't end up meeting our hosts properly - which was not an issue whatsoever as check in was a breeze thanks to Jacqui's really clear directions and the key safe attached to the house. A much appreciated glass bottle of chilled water had been left for us in the fridge on arrival (glasses for which were provided in the room). The room and en-suite were impeccably clean and very nicely presented with options for hot drinks. Although the house is situated on a main road the room is well away from the front of the house and very peaceful. We managed to unwittingly lose a Fitbit in the car park as we were leaving and our hosts were super helpful getting in touch straight away about it and were happy for us to whizz back to pick it up the following day - many thanks guys!

I'm walking the Canterbury pilgrimage from London to Canterbury, Harrietsham was a logival stopping point and I'm so glad I went with an air bnb in this instance. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, Dan was an excellent host. Highly recommended.

Beautiful converted accommodation that is immaculate. Wildlife and views are fantastic and well worth a visit. Entrance is grand and rooms are large. Couldn’t ask for a nicer stay.

The accommodation is perfect, large, clean, and very comfortable with all services. It's a farm, they gave us happy chicken eggs that they raise. The only drawback is that it is far from town, and you need a car, although if you want tranquility it is perfect.

It is in a beautiful area for walks and there are great cities nereby to visit, very lovely!

Sonnys place is well located in central Maidstone allowing easy access to the shops, pubs, eateries, etc. The flat is very well presented and clean, the perfect stop over for business of pleasure!

Lovely clean space with great kitchen. Tucked away and private parking made it ideal for a lone female traveller. Great bathroom (lovely hot shower!) and well equipped bedroom.

I have been a massive pain in the ass guest so thank god for Jamie being incredibly understanding. Was a rushed Valentine’s Day, we left at 7am to go to work next day and couldn’t clean up everything... I paid 30 extra for cleaning etc but still sorry Jamie! Thankyou for being an amazing host!

The place was much better than expected, it was extremely clean, felt very homely and all of the extra bits eg the tea, coffee, shampoos etc were very nice finishing touches. Being in the centre of town it was so easy to get to everything and made my stay very easy. Next time I’m in Maidstone I’ll be sure to stay again.

The apartment for us was a little hard to find due to the address if made simpler i think it would make it easier to find the apartment was clean and comfortable there was everything you need in the kitchen and also toiletries in the bathroom we found the apartment cozy heating worked very well across the road from a Tesco which was very handy close to the town center walking distance communication was good and details on how to enter the building where clear TV was a good size and had many channels the washing machine in the apartment was one of the reasons we pick this one all in all we have a very comfortable stay thank you Rianna

Absolutely perfect. Leigh-Ann was such a lovely host. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a little weekend away.

We had a lovely stay! Our 2 boys slept on the sofa bed which they found really comfy and there was plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. There wasn’t any door on the en-suite bathroom so you could hear if someone needed a wee in the night (!) but this wasn’t a problem for us as a family.

We had a wonderful stay at Leigh-Ann’s. Despite Storm Dennis the space was a really cosy, yet stylish place to hide away from the weather. Leigh-Ann was a great host and we really appreciated her hospitality and welcoming touches. The recommendations for local pubs were spot on too!

Will be defiantly returning in the future amazing location and Leigh-ann and Haleigh were very welcoming would highly recommend

Paul and Leigh-Ann are amazing hosts so attentive and helpful. The house is absolutely stunning and so clean, perfect for a peaceful weekend away. 10/10 would definitely recommend. They also have the goodest of good boys who loves a fuss🐶

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we could have needed was there and more. Paul, Leigh-Ann and Harleigh made us feel very welcome. Surroundings were beautiful as well as the barn it self, very well made! Definitely recommend Three Chimney Barn!

The stay we had was incredible, the facilities were amazing, everything you could ever ask for! Its set in a stunning location and well worth the visit.

What can I say 10 out of 10 all round its like home to home with Amazing view to watch the sun go down and tranquillity with lots of home comforts to make your satay extra special.

Sylvie’s place is spotless and very beautiful. It is very comfortable and peaceful too. I totally felt at home when staying at hers. Even though I didn’t meet Sylvie in person, the check-in process was smooth and everything was available in the house. Will definitely stay at her house again!

Maureen is a friendly & welcoming host. She's very respectful of others space & very clear about her own needs. Her home is sparkling & beautifully furnished. The room is comfortable with a great workspace & the bathroom for guests is immaculate & the shower is great. Having a cupboard in the kitchen for my food was a lovely surprise & being welcome to use the kitchen was a godsend.

Lovely house with an accommodating host, we were made to feel at home.

We stopped at Kate for one night with three people. The house is beautifully quiet, within walking distance (through a beautiful park) to Maidstone. The check-in worked great, the communication was very good! We were able to park on their property. The two rooms were cozy, the bed comfortable and one room had a small bathroom. Kate is very straightforward and offered us a good cup of English tea after our long drive :-) We recommend Kates accommodation in any case!

Nice house close to the center. Inside is super cute and Kate is a great host, she gave recommendations and had dinner with us.
