Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Family neighborhood, close to 101, 10min drive to downtown SB and Goleta, beaches, hiking areas, dog parks, great restaurants. All pets are welcomed; no additional fees. Pet sitting & rental car available. Looking for low-key guests as the studio is attached to our main house where we live with our three cats. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Light filled large studio in quiet neighborhood. Private beach access 1/2 mile walk away through our quiet neighborhood. Less than 1/4 mile away you will find over 200 acres along the beach bluff with many trails. UCSB is close, in fact you can bicycle there along the bike path just outside our community.
