L'appartement se situe dans une grande maison moderne ; vous avez 1 entrée indépendante avec dressing, 1 véranda salon/salle à manger de 35m2, 1 cuisine équipée, une chambre de 20m2 avec un lit 2 personnes(180x200) nous pouvons accepter un bébé de 0 à 9 mois( pas plus ), les draps sont fournis et le lit est fait à votre arrivée, un petit canapé + une méridienne, télé 80cm avec lecteur dvd ; Une salle de bains avec baignoire îlot et 2 vasques sur pied en céramique, une douche , le linge de toilette est fourni ainsi que 2 peignoirs; Vous avez une terrasse privée avec plancha et vue sur le lac, vous avez accès aux autres terrasses de la propriété. Spa privatisé accessible de 9h30 à 23h30 toute l'année. Le Sauna au feu de bois sur réservation est accessible toute l'année vous est privatisé pendant votre séance; la piscine couverte ou découverte suivant les caprices du ciel est accessible de 9h30 à 21h30 (piscine en fonction du 15 avril au 15 octobre). Cet appartement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Cet appartement ne convient pas aux enfants, il est réservé uniquement pour 2 personnes adultes
NOUS SOMMES EN SAVOIE A 40 MINUTES DES STATIONS DE SKI. Au printemps, en été et en début d'automne c'est d'abord la vie auprès du lac , avec ses plages , et beaucoup d'activités tel que l'aviron, paddle, promenade en bateau, canoé, randonnées, accrobranche, parapente, pêche... Le lac est un lieu préservé, il n'y a que des bateaux à moteurs électriques c'est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et se détendre dans la beauté de notre site

  • We would thoroughly recommend Dominiques place. We stayed here for 4 days for our mini-moon and we had the best time! Stunning location, spotless accommodation that is very stylish. The apartment had everything you could ask for as well as lots of little touches including tea, coffee, condiments etc. The hot tub & sauna were fab and Dominique & Albert were lovely! Both are so friendly and approachable. I can see us returning for our anniversary!

    We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
    Come and enjoy a slice of heaven at « aux Pierres Tranquilles ». We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. Please note that public transportation are quite rare. We only have one studio, ideal for romantic getaway. You can savour our homemade breakfast on the roof top, in the garden or simply inside. You can also come and have dinner with our big family (table d’hôte). Please book the meal and the room at the same time. There are various leisure activities in the area and you won’t have time to be bored: hiking, climbing, swimming, tennis, horse-riding, paragliding, fishing, kayaking, cross country skiing and downhill skiing. At last but not least, you can also rest on the roof top or in the garden. If you need anything, please let us know, there is always something we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.

Bonjour, C est un peu fatigué mais avec une immense joie que je vous propose ce gite a la location après plus de 5 ans de travaux. Gîte de 60m2 comprenant 1 chambre de 16m2, une salle de bain équipée d une double vasque et d une douche a l Italienne, une terrasse couverte avec jaccuzi de 12m2 et une belle pièce a vivre de 34 m2. Attention, savon, sac poubelle et papier toilette non fourni. Merci.

  • Yann's gîte is beautiful and you can tell the thought which went in to the rennovation. It's a lovely place to relax and do nothing (except sit in the hot tub!) or to find beautiful and interesting places to visit in the area (we enjoyed Bourget du Lac and the Palais Idéal. Yann suggested a local brewery at Crémieu (delicious) and was ready with other suggestions for food places to visit. Yann is a great host and the gîte is a beautiful place to explore from.

  • Dominique’s place was nothing short of perfect. The chalet itself is immaculate, comfortable and has all the trimmings. We spent 4 nights there in winter and really struggled to leave the property because it was just so nice and cozy. The view is exactly as it is in the photos.     Le logement. L'heure d'entrée au logement peut varier en fonction des jours, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour s'organiser. Vous serez installé au Rez-de chaussée et pourrez profiter de tout cet étage au calme. Vous y trouverez votre chambre, salle de bain, toilettes, une petite pièce à vivre (avec un clic clac pouvant dépanner occasionnellement pour un couchage supplémentaire )et une terrasse qui donne au fond du parking. Pour nous trouver, rien de compliqué: nous vivons au dessus avec notre chienne Meïka. Cette dernière est bloquée à l'étage par une barrière, elle ne viendra pas vous embêter.   • Cyrielle & Karim's studio is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The joy of being able to enjoy a bathtub! A warm welcome and small attentions. A splendid notebook available with the good addresses in the area: the Italian pizzeria is superb! Having the keys to the castle to enjoy the sunset over the city, class! The Chamrousse ski resort is just above: buses or the stop sign can take you there if you are traveling without a car. Karim was very nice to pick me up by car when I arrived and he offered to take me back down town when I left. Meïka is beautiful and there is also a funny little cat. I had a very relaxing stay at the chateau, thank you!

    A Big yurt of 50 m2 in the massif of Wallows in Savoy. Calm down in the middle of nowhere. The view (sight) is 360 ° on baujus mountains (Massif of Bauges). A lot of activities are nearby as trek, mountain bike, climbing and ski. In 30 mn, the lakes of Aix les Bains and Annecy. I know the region perfectly and could advise to you. I let some maps there. The yurt is a circular, good housing environment to get fresh ideas or meditate. A big wood stove warms the atmosphere. It is thus accessible summer and winter alike. In case of snowfall, it will be necessary to finish on foot, in rackets(snowshoes) or in skis according to your tastes. The last part of the way is cleared the snow. Of information about the area is available with a map of the area at 1/25000 th. Close to the yurt, is a small wooden chalet equipped for dry toilets and a shower to isolate. The wood is at will.   • We stayed two nights in Nicolas' apartment. The residence is classic, without elevator. Regarding the accommodation itself nothing to complain about. The photos are faithful. The bathroom is very large and the amenities really good: tv call, American fridge, etc. Nicolas did not skimp on expenses to furnish the apartment. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour sortir et manger je vous recommande quelques bonnes adresses : - Le bar à vin le Verre à Soie (500 m du studio). - le restaurant indien le Bombay (700 m du studio). - le restaurant Et Si (1 km du studio) - le restaurant la Toscana situé sur les quais (situé à 1.5 km du studio). - le restaurant le Poppa situé dans le centre ville historique (situé à 1.5km su studio) Grenoble est la capitale des Alpes. Elle est entourée de nombreux massifs montagneux (Vercors , Chartreuse, Belledone). Elle compte de nombreuses stations de ski dont les plus connues sont: -Chamrousse (25 min en voiture). -Les 7 Laux (40 min en voiture). - L’Alpe d'Huez et les Deux Alpes (1h en voiture).   • This apartment is great value! Communication with Leslie was fast and easy, and the check-in experience was great. We were unexpectedly earlier in Lyon, but Leslie arranged that we could still go in the studio, which was very nice. The studio itself is clean and all the essential kitchen utensils are there to create a basic meal. The location itself is reachable by the metro, but requires around a 15 minute walk from the studio. All in all, we had an amazing experience here and can definitely recommend it!

  • I highly recommend Leslie’s tiny house. It’s located on a peaceful side street in a calm neighborhood with plenty of on street parking. A bit far from downtown but near a subway stop so easy to get around. We were recovering from jet lag so spent a good part of our stay resting or sleeping and the bed was very comfortable. We cooked our meals in the well equipped kitchenette. Small shower and toilet but it was perfectly functional. I have no complaints. The hosts were available and welcoming. I plan to stay here again on my next visit in Lyon.

It is better to return from the center in the evening on foot along the large streets, not to wander around the blocks - not the most friendly audience can meet. The owner quickly answers letters, there is no problem getting the access code to the entrance and handing over the keys at the end of the lease - the door has closed and that's it.

    The accommodation is a very beautiful studio of 20 m2 for 3 maximum people :1 big reads 2 meter comfort x 1,60 and a small child bed 1 place1 of 80 x 190. This studio is situated in a magnificent villa with independent front door without any link with the part owner. Exceptional geographical situation along the Lake Annecy. Corner(place) brings down to take your meals outside. Loan of 2 bikes if need. Fully-equipped kitchen of an oven micronde wave, refrigerator, stick induction, coffee machine Nespresso, kettle, washing machine. Unlimited WiFi internet. Bathroom with bowl, shower and toilets. Plancha gas. 1 hand towel a person, 1 cloth and and 1 kit dishes(crockery).
    Savoyard architecture for this beautiful neighborhood quiet, green, off city centre without being away from everything. Coveted by tourists from all over the world, it is located near the Lake between 2 villages with shops, amenities and physicians (Menthon saint Bernard and Veyrier du lac). Many things can be done with or without car for walkers. The walks are extremely pleasant. You are close to the Lake, 10 minutes on foot from the beach and restaurants. You are close to sporting activities: downhill skiing or water skiing, hiking, cycling, paragliding, canyoning, via ferrata, tennis, golf, etc... Annecy is only 12 minutes by car. First 25 mins from ski slopes. Our site is adored by sportsmen and the lovers of well being. You have a bus stop nearby (10 minutes walk). Line 61 and 62 with bond go back home, train station, airport and city centre.

Le quartier des Passeaux est desservi par 2 télésièges.   • One night stay for professional reasons at Nathalie's. Good communication, clear indications and quick and efficient reception. The apartment is located 6-7 min walk from the center, with even a bus which takes you to the tram station if needed. The room is comfortable (bed in particular), functional (private shower and toilet) and very tastefully decorated. A library of comics which gives great added value for amateurs (including myself). Hot drinks for breakfast included. Quiet area, no traffic noise, a large terrace on the landing, shared. A small point to note anyway for people with reduced mobility: no elevator and 2 stairs to climb to access the studio. In my opinion, this is an exceptional offer in terms of value for money, which I recommend to all visitors to Grenoble.

    Bonjour, je vous propose une chambre dans un T3 à deux pas des transports en commun ainsi que des commerces. L'appartement est idéalement situé à 2min de la rocade, 7min de la gare et 10min du centre ville en voiture. L'appartement est traversant, lumineux, calme et au dernier étage avec vue sur les montagnes. Appartement refait à neuf. Une chambre avec un clic-clac mais qui dispose d'un vrai matelas Bultex. Accès au wifi. Les fumeurs sont acceptés s'ils fument sur le balcon et les animaux ne sont pas acceptés car j'ai déjà un chat (très discret)!!
    Quartier vivant proche de toutes les commodités: pharmacie, carrefour market, bureau tabac, boulangerie, banque, transport en commun à moins d'une minute à pied!!

    The area of the Croix Rousse perched on the hill between the Rhône and Saône is like a village in central Lyon. Here we are Croix Roussien before being Lyonnais . We love the friendly , small shops , a farmers market every morning ( except Monday ) , small gardens, trees of the boulevard and especially its usability.

    Welcome in our beautiful flat in the heart of the old Lyon. We are finishing the decoration so our pictures are non-professional for the moment and we will add them regularly. As we are beginning, the price of the flat is quite low for such a location. We have been living in the flat for a few months and it has a great comfort and atmosphere, you gonna love it :)
    Our flat has been renovated and decorated by ourselves and we are very proud and happy to offer you such a good place, in such a perfect location and for such a good deal. The entire flat is 40 square meters, with a living room of 20 square meters. It has been decorated with our "neo-retro" tastes and it has a very beautiful light. In the living room, we have a big, beautiful and comfortable sofa on which to lay in front of a movie or in front of netflix if you wish so. You can enjoy one of our numerous vinyles too, by sitting on a nice chair (we are quite found of classic rock'n roll but you can ask for a special request and we'll try to provide it to you). And if you are a guitar player, you will have a telecaster with a small amp. With the living room, you have an open and fully equiped kitchen with a oven, a micro-wave, a fridge and induction cookers and a table to take your beakfasts or lunch or dinner. You have a kettle too for your cofees and teas (which we provide, of course). On your way to go upstairs on our beautiful stairs in steel, you will see a library made by ourselves where you will find books and decoration objects of many types. Upstairs, we have a dressing for your clothes and a desk so that you can work on it, or to use your computer when the person you are with is sleeping. Then there is a double bed, very comfortable to sleep as long and as good as you want/need it. And, last but not least, the bathroom is just behind the living-room, it is quite big and we have a real and nice italian shower. You can easily fit at two in it. To sum up, our place is the best in Lyon for a couple (but we have an inflatable mattress if you want to be up to four people), it is the perfect location as we really are in the middle of the old Lyon, and you won't find a better deal ! Enjoy every minute and moment you will spend in our nest :)
    Is it necesary to introduce the old Lyon ? It is the most beautiful neighborhood you will find in the city - and the city in itself is quite a jewel too. Everything is old and clasified at the UNESCO. Moreover, everything here is at a walkable distance if you want to explore the entire city. And we will be your best guides to have informations and everything you will need to know about all the neighborhoods in Lyon, all the things to see and to do.
